True story! This encounter happened a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to come share this. Long and short, I was in a tough spot and pulled up to their location as they were closing up shop. My tire was flat and I needed help getting my new tire on. It was 5 o' clock traffic and I had just picked up my kids. I still made my ask and the gentleman (whose name I've forgotten, so sorry), assisted me. Keep in mind it was not safe to attempt to drive off at this time and he could have said no. He just does not understand how he was being used to be a blessing to me. I am very appreciative and thankful. They have really good hearted people there and that's a valuable thing to poses in such an industry. Thank you and I wish your business much success.

I've been a loyal customer of Ice Cold Air for quite some time now, bringing all three of my vehicles here regularly, including my Jeep, which I've had serviced at least four times. The team always does a great job with the work they perform, and I've been consistently satisfied with the quality of their service.Recently, I experienced a minor issue, but the team quickly resolved it, ensuring my number was unblocked and following up to make sure everything was working perfectly. Their responsiveness and genuine care for their customers are impressive.I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Ice Cold Air for their excellent service

You MUST come to Ice Cold Air on Sligh ave and 275 in Tampa, and ask for Joey!! I caught a flat on my Audi A6 Quattro ( YES THEY WORK ON AUDI’s !!) and was blessed the shop was right here off the ramp. Joey not only did amazing work FAST…he gave me the best deal. As i waited… he and his team turned 2 frowns ☹️ upside down ? with their speed, competence and final price! Come …NOW. They fix it ALL! ???

I decided that I would not let the sun Fry me for the summer, so I paid Ashley a visit to fix my Car AC. Ashley took ownership from start to finish, when no one else wanted to take time to look into it. She had my car for a few days, and she would NOT give me my car back until she found what was wrong, and fixed it. My car has been blowing cold and perfectly, and I am more than Satisfied! Her name is Ashley Butler guys!

The best in town. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an active member of the neighborhood community. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I visited the first time, but I've been back a few times for general car maintenance and have been extremely happy with the work, the prices, and the people.

I recently had an incredible experience with Ashley and Joey at Ice Cold Air here in Seminole Heights in Tampa, FL. I went on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, not expecting to be serviced and not realizing the shop was closed. It seemed they were there getting paperwork done and working on other jobs for their customers. After Ashley kindly let me in, I explained my reason for coming in. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday (for which I was fine with) to get my truck's brake pads replaced. However, Joey quickly realized the truck would not be safe to drive until then and despite it being his day off, he immediately decided to work on my truck right away.
Their dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable. Not only did they prioritize my safety, but they also ensured the job was done with the utmost care and precision. The level of service I received was exceptional, and I could not be more grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Ice Cold Air at 501 E Sligh Ave to anyone in need of reliable and prompt service. Thanks Ashley and Joey! Five stars all the way!!

So grateful to Ice Cold Air. My AC had been messed up for awhile and had multiple issues. There is no way for them to know if it works in all instances. However, the AC would go out when stopped. It's a known issue with my Subarus and was easy to repair. My AC blows COLD. Thank you so much

**UPDATED for the owner's response: You have not responded to any of my formal inquiries to discuss this experience with you, so I'm disappointed to see you only respond here and with false claims. There is no way your company would be working on a car for months with a "phantom" noise that only I can hear. C'mon really?? Your company didn't reimburse me the $611. I would love for you to honor that. Rentals are not $250/day that was a direct estimate for the 10 days that my car was in the shop for the 4th time. The dealer quoted $11,000 to fix your work.
Unfortunately I’ve had the WORST experience with Ice Cold Air. It’s so bad that it’s become a running joke in my home and office after my car has been in and out of their shop since January 24, spent weeks combined at two different locations, I spent $2,100 on repairs, $611 on Ubers going to work and back and forth to shops, and now I’m left with an AC that rattles loudly under the hood. The icing on the cake is the company now telling me there’s nothing else they can do AND they can’t offer a refund (after admittedly trying to fix the problem they created for the last 3 months). Insanity.
I took my car in mid-January for an AC compressor. Nothing wrong with my car at all except for slightly warm AC. It’s a 2017 Nissan Maxima SR in great condition. I won’t even waste time talking about the issues on this first visit because it gets much worse. I picked my car up and noticed it was making a humming and rattling noise under the hood ONLY WHILE THE AC WAS ON. So I called and asked if I could bring the car back in for them to take a look and they encouraged me to do so. After checking it out, the staff assured me I needed to replace the evaporator and that they must’ve just missed this during the first look at my car and this would surely fix the noise. At this point I got in touch with corporate because things were sounding fishy. They put me in touch with John and he apologized for how disorganized the process had been and assured me he was going to work with me to get my car taken care of. He said this evaporator issue was just overlooked and I needed to pay more money for this piece to fix the noise. So I follow his guidelines and scheduled another day to come in so they can take apart my entire dash to fix this other piece. He then tells me personally he confirmed the car was fixed and is good to go. I go to the shop and sit in the parking lot to run the AC and guess what, the noise is still there. At this point John was still very supportive and told me they would do whatever they needed to do to fix it.
Well long story longer, my car ended up going back to Ice Cold Air 2 more times after this for the same issue leading to 2 more compressor changes and who knows what else. My car spent weeks combined at both Sligh and Dale Mabry locations over the last 3 months. Scott at Dale Mabry also profusely apologized for the “young mechanic” at the Sligh location and assured me his shop was more equipped to deal with my car. He told me they needed one day to fix my car, then it was 2, then it was a week later. Well after over a week in their shop, John called me 2 weeks ago to tell me they had all given up and cannot figure out the noise in my car. Then he started to flip this on me saying the noise could’ve been there before I brought the car in originally. If that was the case, why did you keep working on my car for the last 3 months trying to fix it?! This issue started after they worked on my car. Since the day I started going to them, the entire experience has been a disaster and everyone has been apologetic….up until they decided they were done dealing with it. I waited two weeks hoping someone would reach out and do the right thing. John refused to provide any further contacts for the organization. I requested a refund and he told me he’d get back to me and hasn’t. I’ve reached out to him several times following up about next steps and he has read and ignored every message.
