I don’t usually write reviews. But this one is overdue. I’m no stranger to ice cold air. They are the only mechanic shop I go to. Scott and the 410 store have been my home mechanic shop for several years. Scott’s knowledge, customer service, and turn around time is unmatched. Thank you!

It is always delightful coming to Ice Cold Air. Ashley and the entire staff, is very professional, friendly and caring. They do excellent auto work and their attention to detail is amazing.
I recommend this shop to anyone that needs an excellent auto shop that stands by their word and their work.

There aren't enough words to describe the level of professionalism and expertise from the team at Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair. Came into the shop for a/c repair left with "ice cold" a/c blowing with new brakes and rotors.
As a Servicemember locally stationed here in Tampa, I truly appreciated the direct, no bs, no fluff customer service approach. They assessed and diagnosed my vehicle and were timely and honest each step of the way.

Scott was fantastic. My starter died and he discussed the options with me and cost differences. He was upfront that it could potentially take a week and a half but said he would try to get me in faster. My car was done the next day.

Had a good experience. Scott helped us on the phone and when we arrived. He was even able to help us troubleshoot some other issues we were having that weren’t the reason for us coming in. We were able to get in same day to get our A/C recharged and we were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend!

They were great. I went in as a walk in, hoping to get a quote to fix my AC. They took me right away and said they could do a free and quick diagnostic test to see if the problem is electrical or not. The quickly discovered a leak and offered to do another diagnostic on the spot to discover the size and location of the leak. The diagnostic was finished before I was even finished connecting to the WiFi in their waiting room. It was a small leak and I was offered the option to repair which would be very pricey or seal the leak which was very cost effective and would likely hold up for a long time. I was offered the option to come back or fix on the spot. I walked out with my AC blowing ice cold air in less than 2 hours from when I walked in and less than $500 including diagnostics and repair. I felt they were very fair. I never felt pressured. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m so happy I walked in to ice cold air!

Always exceeding expectations in both price and speed. This crew is the best and they really stand by their 2-year warranty. I’ve sent tires there and have had 2-3 unrelated repairs and it’s always been a good experience.
