Gaby at the front desk was immensely helpful to me during a moving process that I had to do recently. It was very tedious and even with a lack of communication within the leasing office, she was able to pull through for me and help me get into a new unit, while being very transparent and honest with me throughout the process.Overall, my family and I have not had the most pleasant experiences here, but I have noticed that the complex is actively making an attempt to better their system and some of the fundamental issues that occurred here last year. I believe that they have hired a new property manager, which probably has something to do with the recent change in the service quality.

Very beautiful complex with amazing amenities. Everything looked very tidy, clean, and well kept! A huge difference from many student housing complexes that I’ve toured and lived in. Gabby has been very helpful in making my decision to live here. Always enthused and pleasant to speak with. She’s gone above and beyond addressing my questions and concerns. Thanks Gabby!!

My daughter recently moved into this fantastic apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the initial inquiry to the move-in day, the staff, especially Akemy and Gaby made the process smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

I've noticed a significant improvement in customer service at the apartment complex since the arrival of new staff members. The fresh faces have brought a renewed energy and dedication to resident satisfaction. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and eagerness to assist have made a noticeable positive impact. It's reassuring to see a team that values its residents. I believe Akemy is one of these newer workers and the energy and kindness she attended to my questions with is very much appreciated.

Not only is the staff remarkable, but the overall living experience at Hub Tampa has exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and safe environment for my daughter Sophia. The amenities offered are impressive, and my daughter has truly enjoyed the community spaces such as the fitness center and pool area.One aspect that truly sets Hub Tampa apart is their dedication to fostering a sense of community. They host regular events and activities, allowing residents to meet new people and create lasting friendships. This has been particularly important for my daughter, as she was able to quickly establish a support system and never felt alone in her new home.Overall, as a father, I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience my daughter has had at Hub Tampa Apartments. Had an amazing apartment tour! Akemy, my leasing agent was not only knowledgeable about the property but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to show me around, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. The attention to detail during the tour highlighted the pride they take in the complex. I left feeling confident and excited about making this place my home. I truly felt taken care of with the fantastic team that provided an exceptional tour experience!

I have had the pleasure touring this wonderful building and all of its fantastic amenities with the very polite and cheerful Gabby as my guide, and I have to say that i was very impressed with what it had to offer. The security was great, the building was clean and well designed. The garage parking is a little tight but easy to get safely from the parking to your apartment. Gabby was very informative and just a breath of fresh air to be around which made the experience all that more fun. I would highly recommend The Hub. Plenty of shopping and places to eat in the surrounding area and easy to get to campus.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the HUB, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by Akemy and an ambiance of luxury and sophistication that set the tone for the entire tour. Although a bit on the pricer side (why I give it four stars) when in comparison with the dorms it comes with a lot more so it is ultimately worth it.

When I wanted to sign my daughter up to live at the hub, it was a wonderful experience with support given at all times. My daughter had a bad experience where she used to live including not getting repairs done and worries around security. Since residing at the Hub, I have had good experience at all times - repairs done on time, any problems is resolved almost immediately. I would definitely recommend the hub at any time and will be signing up my son to live at the hub next.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services at Hub Tampa. The staff is friendly, helpful not to mention creative…especially Gabby. The place is very welcoming and safe. The location is very convenient.In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. The timely and professional response to all concerns was a such a pleasure. It’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Gabby was amazing with assisting me on my move in day!! There were like 15 people in the office (she was alone) and she made sure to take care of everyone’s needs and mine. She was very quick as well. Not to mention she’s really personable too. Definitely recommend working with Gabby and so far Hub is good:)
