We just had House Of Floors install luxury vinyl and carpet throughout the whole house. I am so happy we went with this company. Every step of the process was amazing. I had an appointment with their designer, Tyra, and she helped me look through their expansive flooring options. She even came out later that same afternoon to measure! Carpet was installed two days later and the vinyl was installed a few days after that. The flooring installs are perfection; the planking, the baseboards, the quarter round, and the transitions. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be using them for any future flooring needs!

House of Floors was contracted to pull up laminate and install tile in a unit my fiancé and I are renting, We vacated our unit for a week to let them do their work and signed a waiver for them to move our furniture as needed and move it back when done. BIG mistake. We returned home to dust ALL OVER all of our furniture and belongings and BLOOD STAINS on our couch. There was clearly no attempt to tarp or cover any of our stuff or any areas surrounding where they were working. Our walls are scuffed, the bedroom carpet is damaged, one of the crew members left a dirty shirt on our couch, and, to add insult to injury, the work is shoddy. Think twice before using this company, or at least make sure you are around to closely supervise.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new flooring installed by House of Floors. Every step in the process was handled professionally and with our satisfaction. It started with our salesperson, Tyra, who was well prepared and knowledgeable about the products and choices that would be best for us. The install staff, led by Caesar, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. From the removal of the carpet and tile to replacement of our furniture, they worked tirelessly with quality in mind. Tyra followed up by stopping by at the end of the installation to be sure we were happy. The floors look amazing and the staff is exceptional.
