“Great customer service in the rental department! Do wish they would not park their vehicles in front of rental return/ loading area. It was raining and was asked to pull up so they could load it and there was no place close to pull up. A big rent me sign and large box truck was front and center of rental door, bad place for advertising it!”

“Go here first! We searched high and low for the right backsplash for our kitchen. We'd been to every major tile retailer in the area, and these guys have them all beat by miles. They have a large showroom with a huge volume of excellent designs. They carry all the things we saw at the other plaves with way more samples than anyone else. We found exactly what we needed here. A fantastic place, and the staff were super helpful!”

“I was recently in Brandon, FL to visit my Dad. Home Depot happens to be his favorite home improvement store and he often goes to this location. While I was there, we went to purchase a few different appliances for his brand new place. I want to take this opportunity to let the General Manager of this location know we had the distinct pleasure in dealing with one of your staff member, the Appliance specialist Tarrah Sanchez. Although we found everyone to be courteous and helpful, Tarrah stood out among all. It is not often (unfortunately) that I find the time or the opportunity to commend the Dept. stores employees but Ms. Sanchez's professionalism requires that I do so. I travel for work and have shopped all over US and I have never encountered more polished professional than Ms. Sanchez. Her time and effort, both discreet and overt to make my Dad and I feel comfortable were deeply appreciated and should not go UN-noticed. Please convey again our sincere Thanks to Tarrah and to you also for establishing and maintaining high standards for your people. Hoping Ms. Sanchez gets recognized in some ways. The appliances were delivered two weeks ago and my Dad was extremely pleased with the delivery men as well. He is already looking forward to going back to Tarrah and other departments for more purchase.”

“We bought a Fridgidare refrigerator back in May of this year and have been bounced back and forth between Frigidare and Alset Appliance repair for 4 months over an Icemaker that we bought along with our refrigerator. Well today on 9/6/22 4 months and 1 day since our purchase we finally talked to an assistant Manager Tina DiGangi at the lowes in Brooksville Florida who took the time and cared enough about our situation to research the issue and resolved it in less then 45 minutes.Not even Fridgidare or Alset appliance repair could figure it out..
