“Picked up some materials to do a few home projects on Monday, June 3rd.

We went to the paint department and we dealt with such a great kid (young, probably early 20’s maybe late teens, nose pierced). He was so knowledgeable, he was determined to help us pick out the right paint colors.

We chose 5 different colors for 5 different rooms. This kid was great, he made sure the shades of each color we picked were exactly what were really wanted. I wish I got his name but kudos to him for having such enthusiasm and being so eager to help us make the best decisions without regret.

“Our grass is dying. We went to Home Depot to get grass seeds.
That's where we met Marlene! She is so knowledgeable!!! I showed her a video of our grass and instantly she said we had a fungus. She told us the proper item to purchase, how to use it, and even took time out to give us other valuable information! She's one of those people who you rave about to your friends, because of her EXTRAORDINARY customer service. I had questions about my Bird of Paradise, and she quickly gave me a solution.
I'm so glad we met her!

“5 stars this time because of the great customer service of a nice, tall, knowledgeable young man from Albania. He helped me with a difficult job by finding the correct parts and explaining all of them. I think his name is Erylan, or Erlan. Very, very, nice and patient. This was in the outdoor spigot and hose repair and parts section with hundreds of various pieces from which to chose. He knew exactly which parts I needed and which ones I did not need.”

“We went into Lowe’s in Tampa Palms this morning and met the nicest employee. We are in the Flooring department and ask someone to get someone to help us with a minute or two at the most . Branden Came over and asked how he could possibly help us. We’re looking at flooring he explained the different types and asked which we may be interested in. He took us directly to that section I saw. I asked if he could help us schedule someone to come out to measure. He had set that up for us for someone to come out tomorrow. I was able to take a couple selections a samples Of the flooring so I can make sure the color is fine with the lighting in that room. We asked for an estimate to give us an idea what it might cost for installation which we know it’s just an estimate until they come. He did that as well for us to give us an idea and then because we had basic sizes of the room, he took the time to give us estimates based on our measurements For the cost of As well as the laborer. He was extremely helpful and nice didn’t seem rushed. He did say, let me know if there’s anything else he could help me with ? Lo and behold I was looking at some rugs and I had another question. I went around the corner. I saw Branden. Answer one more question very politely, he said. Measure some rugs out for me and help me load it up in the basket off. I went with a new

“Quietly I stalked down the aisles seeking out a lair where I could lay my eggs in peace. The plumbing aisle seemed natural but too obvious so I chose insulation instead. The soft pink fibers made the perfect spot. I wore and orange vest so I would go undetected. Then slipped out the loading dock before anyone was the wiser. When my beauties hatch ghere will be chaos and discount prices on power drills. Muahaha!!!”

“Yesterday I visited this Lowe's because I was in the area. It was very quiet inside and lots of staff, most of whom asked if I needed help. Love that because I never know where anything is and it is such a large store. I ended up finding most of what I needed and ordered it online for p/u because Rakuten. While waiting I started chatting with a lovely cashier named Kathleen, she was so sweet and reminded me of my grandma. We were discussing the tax sale holiday and what items were on it. I did find the flyer and brought her one, she was so thankful for that. Then I was waiting by the customer service desk & was assisted by 3 more lovely ladies, Lorena - who went out of her way to make sure my order was being worked on; Karen who was also kind and helped (both were hustling so hard to help customers and keep their area organized). Then finally, Carylis, who packed up my order & walked me out to my car. Probably best customer service experience I have had at a Lowe's. Thanks ladies. This is why I choose Lowe's over their orange competitor.”

“I was in the middle of a dance battle at Gettysburg in 1863 when a time-traveling bathtub brought me to 2024. Home Depot is amazing!

The technology, like water coming out of the wall, is mind-blowing. The store is huge, clean, and well-organized, with a vast selection of products.

The staff was friendly, even though they couldn’t help me find a new dance battle.

“I had a wonderful experience with 1 of your employees @ Lowes Ormond Beach Store last Sunday..he had 3 of us customers surrounding him while he was working on computer, & he acknowledged all of us as we stood there.Was friendly, courteous & professional..this was Memorial Holiday Weekend & you can just imagine how busy he was!!! the store # is 0742 employee name is " SETH"....working inside garden area where lawn mowers, etc etc are.PLEASE recognize this young man for a job well done.I was there about 730pm & Im sure he was exhausted BUT he sure didnt show it!!
