We ordered and paid for 4 kitchen appliances to be installed and the old ones to be hauled away.fro the hone Depot on Bruce B Downs in New Tampa It was written and verified by Home Depot in our paperwork! After waiting for delays on Saturday with Ralph’s delivery which HomeDepot chooses to use we were told that on the delivery paperwork there was no install or haul away and that he didn’t have any room on the truck. Nice store. Clean. If you want to be in the truck rental business you need a better plan. To start with employee #1 gave us the wrong number to Hurts Penske. 2 nd employee had no idea. 3 rd employee was great. Took us almost a hour to rent a truck. We drove it maybe 10 miles round trip then brought it back. You should have a kiosk unit to sign up at first or stream line the program. Training training training. This is not how HD does business. This will be a lengthy one. My husband chose a toolbox for our garage. Beautiful craftsmanship. We would have it delivered. We were told before delivery there was a small scratch on it so they took off $100. Great. We were happy with that v Then today comes 7am my husband gets a call saying the delivery driver will be here in 20 minutes. Not much of a heads up there buddy. Fast forward to them getting here. RUDEST drivers ever! My husband told them to back into our driveway up to the garage (it rained a lot last night and he wanted to make it easier on them) they proceeded to tell my husband they know what they're doing. Clearly not when you screwed up our yard. And THEN he proceeds to comment on how our property is a flood plane and this and that. What a a** seriously. They leave before we can even look at the unit. Then we see the unit (toolbox) is completely bent in on the side not just a scratch. $1300 this is getting returned. We are very unhappy with the customer service of this company and how we were treated.

Very poor customer service. I ordered flooring for installation and am waiting two and a half weeks later for it to arrive. No one called me once to update me on this. Obviously it's a pretty significant investment in installing flooring. After trying to call was hung up on, put on hold for a good fifteen minutes, then finally I was able to find out the material hadn't arrived at the store yet. My installer is ready to go just waiting on the depot. Won't be doing business here again.

I see many are complaining about the in store experience they have had and trust me mine was no better but their customer service who you email to doesn't even bother to respond to your emails. Save yourself the trouble and just go on to Lowe's. Their prices are better anyway.

I've been a little addicted to Home Depot lately. We are doing some small renovating. But, I've discovered Homedepot.com I just bought a whole bedroom set and 2 chairs for the living room. I never would have guessed in a million years to order furniture from Home Depot! The prices are extremely reasonable and free shipping. We love our new furniture. We also love our military 10% off.

I bought 2 kitchen appliances at home depot as well as installation. I was supposed to be given a 4 hr window for measurements but instead I got a call at my Dr office " we will be there in 20 minutes " so I had to leave my appointment off the exam table or not get measurements for a week! I told them no call was received with any time window and they explained " that is not what our paperwork said". Bad start gets worse. Once measured I was never contacted by installers or by home depot. My appliances are now $ 4000 door stops in my garage. I call one night and they say oh we will get back to you. Never happened. I call and the manager is looking at my order saying the wrong brand of the items I bought. If you get home depot installation you are on your own as THEY DONT care. Perhaps understaffed or underpaid is the root cause. What is going on??

I’m an HVAC contractor, this particular Home Depot is always a nightmare when I need to buy basic supplies for anything! I’m standing at the customer service desk for 25 minutes wow the same two customers are tying up the same two 14-year-old pre-adolescent idiots for that whole time. Five people in line behind me all getting really aggravated, I finally walked off muttering under my breath how big of a hassle this store is and always has been! Where is customer service ever!
