Don't make the mistake of hiring Home Depot for your next door or window projects . We hired them over a 2 years for windows replacement . Windows are leaking water every time and Home Depot still not fixed the issue. Home Depot hire cheap subs for their projects and you would have to pay for it . Pay more and hire a window company privatly . I would be more than happy to answer or show this sub standard job to any one before hiring Home Depot for services . Contact me at

THE EMPLOYEES HAVE DESERTED THE STORE. It is Saturday at 18:30 and there is nobody available to help. Unbelievable. I found out my local store did not have Perlite... or enough employees now that I think about it.I found out that at 20 minutes' drive distance, this store at Northdale has a "limited supply" according to the website.Before driving 10 -15 miles I call and was put on hold for 10 minutes... I decided to go for that "limited supply".After walking aimlessly for a while and founding nobody to ask, I went to the entrance where the cashier was visibly bored."There is none at this store, sir, you should have called before"...-yeah! Right! There's not a soul here to answer the phone.I'm selling stocks...

I would give 0 stars if that was available for their appliance department processes. I ordered (in the store) a microwave (over the range type) with delivery and installation. I followed their preinstallation instructions (removal of old oven, etc.). The oven delivered was severely damaged. Why this was not noticed before delivery, I have no idea. So after waiting 10 days for installation, they left and had to reorder with delivery another week away.So my second delivery and install appointment came. The installation crew spoke NO English and as soon as they looked where it went, they said (with help from a friend to translate) they could not install it. Their drill/power driver could not fit to put the hanging screws in. I even offered the tool I used to remove the old microwave but they refused and left with the oven. Therefore I cancelled my order after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the installation.Now another 1 1/2 weeks later I still have not received my refund. They have had my money for almost a month. I've called several times and each time I'm told it will be another 7 to 10 days for the refund to my account. Home Depot does not care one bit for the customers for their appliances. Their (subcontractor) installation crews and completely inept and rarely speak any English. Never, never, again will I use Home Depot for anything that requires installation. Spend a couple of $$ more and be satisfied and have a quicker installation.

The worst Home Depot I've ever been too. Employees are not knowledgeable of materials. Lines always long. Do not order curbside pickup because they definitely will not bring your order out.

Reserved at trench digger, scheduled a huge drainage job right before the hurricane. When picking it up they started it on the cement, breaking the trencher and told me it'd take about 5 days to get my refund. Now I get to dig 70ft by hand and I'm out my money.

I don't know why I punish myself probably because it's the closest place, but it's the absolute worst employers don't give a crap they're lazy they would rather tell you they don't have the item to look for an item... They don't care if you have thousands of dollars sitting on a cart... there are some good employees but the standards there are way down. I pray they open a Lowe's nearby it's a cleaner store the items are organized on the shelves and much higher standards

I ordered impact resistant windows, paid in full because custom order, waited 6 months and come install they send 1 guy and he says 3 of the 4 windows were made incorrectly and couldn't install, the Salesman Brian Tucker called his boss who said he'd get back to me that day, it's now 2 days later and nothing, I've called twice and texted and nothing, DO Not do business with them, extremely unprofessional, super disappointed with them, I expected better. Now To get my money back which the contract says I can, I am relentless, they have no clue!!!

Every visit to Home Depot just ends in more disappointment. The service is terrible. Involving a manager doesn't even help. This is especially the case at the Florida Avenue store. This is why I shop at Lowe's. Their Pro desk is far superior. Their managers actually work to keep business.

I have visited this home depot a lot lately to get items for the house. I am able to find everything I need for here. Their staff are really nice and helpful. Last time I visited, I was helped by Nikola and she was amazing. I highly recommend this home depot to everyone and will always return for any future needs for the house
