Ben and his team Vanessa and Chad were AMAZING! My home buying journey had been a long and arduous process. My realtor brought Ben and his team in (after having several lenders prior) and in 6 weeks I closed successfully. They were knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, and flawless. It was a worry free experience and I would recommend to them anyone. I can't thank Ben and the team enough for everything!

My home loan process was very rocky and definitely had more downs than ups. However, my situation was somewhat unusual, in that I was trying to gain funds to renovate a home that I inherited. The home has its issues and that was causing problem after problem. I was beginning to think I would have to walk away, but luckily Misty and her team worked to find a solution for me. The solution wasn’t ideal, but it would at least let me get my home up to par for refinancing. I could also finally get started! It was great working with Misty and Chrissy, and had they not been as personable and kind as they were, the situation would have been even worse with the many problems I encountered. I can’t say whether or not these issues would have come up had I used another lender, but I do know that I got to the finish line and that’s good enough for me.
