They messed our our initial reservation but we're able to resolve it. The room had some damage to the furniture. The pull out couch had stains on the cushions and the matress... gross.

Arrived early to the hotel, they had a secured storage room to leave our bags in. The shuttle to Busch Gardens was super easy. Drop off and pickup is just outside the park gates. Will definitely stay her again
Rooms: Room very clean and lots of USB ports to use for charging devices.
Nearby activities: Just across the street from Busch Gardens.
Walkability: Area is a lil sketchy, but plenty of people walking around.

Our room was clean, we loved that the hotel is pet friendly as we were traveling with our fur babies. The service was amazing! Staff was so helpful. They really made a stressful situation so much easier. Our only complaint would be location, the hotel next door is a little sketchy.

House keeping not regular, waste bin not clean daily. Bed not organising daily basis. Rather than that all installation and accessories are quite okay.

My boyfriend & I came down to Tampa for the weekend to go to Busch Gardens and visit some friends in the state. The service in the hotel was great. I would like to shoutout Tara. We arrived really early in the morning and were exhausted. I went to the hotel to ask for possible early check-in, Tara went above & beyond to make it happen with enough time for the other staff to set up the room. Tara, you are great!!! Also, I didn't get the young lady's name, but the young lady after Tara's shift (she has glasses) was also amazing. Both ladies were so friendly, and made us feel welcomed and as if we've known one another for a long time. Definitely recommend staying here for all future visits to Tampa!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the park and offered transportation, which would save me the trouble of driving to Busch Gardens. My family and I stayed in a large room for 6 people for 3 nights, at about $300.00 per night.
The first issue occurred when we arrived. For some reason, the hotel entrance was locked and could only be opened with a room key, which we obviously didn’t have since we were just checking in. There was a doorbell that we used, and although we could see the receptionist at the counter, she wouldn’t open the door. Finally, a guest who was entering used their key card to let us in.
The receptionist was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. We had just come from a long trip, and it was around 11:00 PM.
The first issue was with the room keys. We were given two keys, and neither worked. Luckily, after dozens of tries, one key finally opened the door. We had to get them reprogrammed three times because they failed again the second time we tried.
The room was very humid. We had to go back to the counter to request more towels because only three were provided. We also had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed, as it wasn’t in the room.
But the worst part was the bathroom. The bathtub was so old that it had marks on it, and it was clogged. The faucet in the sink would spill water backward, making everything wet. Everything seemed very low quality, even the hair dryer felt like a toy.
They do offer free transportation to the park, which is great, and the drivers were friendly.
In summary, it wasn’t worth anywhere near the $300.00 per night that I paid. Next time, I’d rather stay farther away, drive to the park, and pay for parking but stay in a good hotel that justifies a $300.00+ price tag.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They far exceed our expectations! My family was treated like V.I.P.s from the moment we got there. The front desk staff was incredible from check-in on the 6th of September until we left on the 8th. They were friendly, had great personality and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Traditional American fare items, including milk, juices, water, coffee, and fruit. The hours of the buffet were also very good. Especially for those that want to sleep in a little. The pool and pool area were also very clean.
We especially liked Rick the Busch Gardens shuttle driver. He was SO much fun. He had tips about visiting the park and gave us clear and concise instructions on how to reach him when we were ready for pickup at the park. The efficiency of this shuttle is equal to Disney parks transportation. Absolutely little to no wait for him.
Major kudos to the Holiday Inn Express Busch Gardens and their staff. We will definitely stay here again and again.

AC was very noisy. Lamp, phone and alarm did not work. Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. Location ideal for Busch Gardens and free shuttle is a boon.

Clean,also left my Apple Watch behind,Tara was working check in we had already checked out when she went back up to my room and retrieved it for me. I can’t thank her enough. Breakfast was a hit.
