Lauren was great at check in. The room was clean and the water was hot. I used wifi for a good portion of the night and it was a little slow, but I was able to get everything accomplished. If I were in this area and needed a hotel I would return here. The only issues I had was the light over the couch kept blinking. Also breakfast wasn’t that great. They had biscuits and gravy, however the gravy was the texture of a warm glue. Last but not least they need to check a few of the doors. They slam instead of having a “soft close.” Hard to rest when other patrons didn’t have any manners not to let it slam. Overall, minor and I would return.

Excellent customer service by Santiago!!! So welcoming and attentive. We got in from a cruise early and they stored our luggage for us and worked hard to get us a room. Absolutely stay here. Pool is warm even in January. Close location to downtown. ?

Oh my God I absolutely love this hotel. The front desk was super helpful and even let us check in early. We were heading to a cruise so they provided a shuttle for us to get there. They just went above and beyond absolutely would recommend!

Staff and room was awesome! Also loved the breakfast in the morning. Only issue was the location. It was not a bad drive to and from the Tampa airport. However, our room was directly next to the freeway so we heard cars go by all night long. Besides the freeway being so close it is a great place to stay.Walkability: It's next to a wawas so made getting late night snacks easy!

Parking lot is easy to get into (even at night). Staff is super nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and maintained. Hot water, good pressure and comfy beds. Not sure about the breakfast as I don't really rely on hotel food much.I have stayed here a few times now and never had a bad stay. I will say the area is sketchy at night. It may be tempting to walk to the WaWa next door but be prepared for the typical panhandler. They usually have a uniformed officer onsite at night so I feel like my vehicle is safe but the area is still not the greatest.

We LOVED our stay here! The staff is incredibly friendly, our room was so clean, and breakfast was perfect!! We were super impressed by the room, even above the wardrobe was dust-free. I was concerned that housekeeping wouldn’t be there each day (like Disney resorts) but they were!Highly recommend!

We came to this hotel because of hurricane Idalia and ended up staying for the rest of our holiday. All staff were courteous, helpful and friendly and all took great pride in their work. Staff could be seen cleaning all day to keep the hotel spotless. Michael, the shuttle bus driver, was especially helpful as he drove us to our evening excursions and picked us up at prearranged times. His recommendations were invaluable! There was a good variety for breakfast and the food was always fresh. I highly rate this hotel for everything except location... great for driving but not much for walking around.Rooms: clean and quietNearby activities: great access to highway, close to some attractionsWalkability: Can't really walk anywhere but theres a shuttle service that took us places within a 5 mile radius.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Was able to check in early both stays! Recommend Room 401, was super quiet, air was perfect and I got the best rest in years :)

FacilitySuper clean and fresh in the lobby, lounge and room we stayed in. Carpeted but didn't smell musty. Halls were warm but the room itself was nice and cool. The walls are thick; I never heard other toilets flushing or nearby guests. Showers were clean and no mildew issues. Bathroom doesn't have a ton of counter space but enough to hold 2 toiletry bags. Love that the toilet lids have slow-close lids so you don't constantly have slamming lids shutting. Long bench told hold suitcases, love that there was room for them, not having to utilize the desk for storage.Pool is heated! No major trees around so it easily stays nice and clean. Can't help the loud highway nearby though. There's many tables outside so we enjoyed breakfast by the pool.StaffThe front staff was always kind and smiling... very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8p our first night and wanted to relax in the pool. The staff heard us and brought out more towels (even though they were cleared out for the night). The breakfast staff helped get me more supplies when needed. They were constantly available and cleaning tables for more guests to be seated (during breakfast buffet).For their competitive price compared to others in the area, we would return!

Great place, as soon as I walked in they handed our kids stuffed animals and gave us the offer of complimentary ice cream. Rooms are great and pool is AMAZING. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting

Zero stars. We have been staying here for years no issues with our pet. Today I moved hotels to my mothers and the manager didn't let me walk in with my emotional support pet and all the necessary paperwork and had the audacity to ask what my dog is for? Pretty sure that's illegal to ask what the dog is for, that's private health information. I complied anyway and told him and he still denied my dog. Unbelievable. Never coming here again. Super rude about it too.

The customer service here was horrible. I was checked in by Yanet, she was rude and uninformative. I think she purposely put me in the room I was in because I didn't relay politeness. The room I stayed in was 531. BEWARE to anyone in this room, the heat does NOT work the SHOWER DOES NOT work either!!!! It's all the way at the end of the hall. Also don't try taking the stairwell since it leads you back to floor 2 then you still have to take the elevator. Maintenance is HIGHLY NEEDED HERE. The overnight staff was more help! If I could I would give a ZERO STAR!

What a joke of a place! Booked 2 nights here over one week in advance for our family of 6. Upon arrival, there were 2 towels in the bathroom and no sheets or anything for the sofa bed. Since no one at the front desk answered the phone, we went down to chase up the missing items where we were informed by the lady that there was only one person working and we would get the needed items when 'she gets to it'. She made sure she made herself look inconvenienced by our presence there. Btw not even sure how busy this place is as the parking lot looks quite empty. Real bad, IHG!
