I've used this location several times with extreme mixed results. Last time I was here the manager was very rude and refused to rent me a car. I went across the street to Enterprise which is a much larger operation. I was reminded about what customer service is like. These guys could learn a lot by walking across the street and observing what it's like to be nice to their customers

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Had to go through them because my car was at the shop and the dealership reserved the vehicle. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like an inconvenience at best and was offered no help. Their credit card machines wouldn't accept the credit card despite more than adequate funds (it was the old chip) instead of offering alternatives he told us to move until we could find out if we had money or not?? Then after finally getting the vehicle it was in horrible condition. After returning the vehicle almost 2 weeks ago I still haven't received my deposit back in addition to waking up to over $40.00 in charges without my consent or an email stating what it's for. Called them to ask and have been hung up on 3 times. Will NEVER use hertz even if it was my last option.BE AWARE!!!

Always take photos and videos of the rental because they claim I damage one of the vehicles which I didn’t. The vehicle was damaged once I picked it up thank God I have pictures and videos to prove them wrong because they do not take good photos of videos which they do not care for the customers they just want your money for the business

Hertz has been nothing but a pure blessing to me when it comes to renting vehicles, the staff is always fun, courteous and willing to help. I will now and forever go with Hertz for all my rentals,, ???

Brian Harrell over on 9017 e adamo is the worst customer service representative along with his colleague Mario will miss inform you and then lie about it, I walked in and sat down, 5 minutes later Brian asks what can I help you with? With an attitude, I say to him I have a reservation AGAIN WITH AN ATTITUDE he replies yea I know that give me your your license and credit card that’s how it works, I said well you didn’t ask for it, and I told him bro if you don’t like your job don’t take that out on me my reservation was booked yesterday and since I am paying with debit card I had to wait 24 hours and that’s it by Mario today Brian added that they need to run my credit which was never mentioned by Mario and I stated that, Mario proceeds to say hey i did say it to you if you didn’t hear me that’s something else ? Where do they teach employees to speak to customers this way ? Hertz talk need to be careful who you hire stay away

Avoid this place. There are only 2 people working and they are constantly shuttling between the paper work and checking/ inspecting cars. It needs better management

They charged my card before I pick up the rental and then the car they gave me smelled. They didn’t clean it good before giving it to me. I had to go home and clean the vehicle. First and last time renting from location.

I tried different places to rent a vehicle for my family visit from PR, I had to cancel several reservations with different rental places because when I arrived the charges were completely different as the one made at the reservation. Frustrated for the bad experiences I decided to come to this location, John answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. On the schedule date of pick up the rental John and Alisha provided me a great vehicle and the experience was awesome Had the vehicle for a week , A nice SUV. Thank you for your service and professionalism. You guys make my family visit more special

In short this location does not value those that are loyal to Hertz ie Presidential Circle and as a result of my experience on 6/1/2024 I will be considering taking my loyalty to another rental car company that will status match.
I called Hertz with a unique situation of my family arriving into another city on a flight before my arrival and was advised for both me and my spouse to take our driver’s license to the local Hertz office for my wife to be added to my reservation. Sabrina (Branch Manager II) advised me that she could not add my spouse to the reservation nor price match the rate and for me to call Hertz back. I asked her to give them a call so we could resolve the issue instead of me, the customer, going back and forth. She did not honor my request and asked me to step aside so that she could assist another customer. This is not the type of customer service that I’m use to and will NEVER rent nor recommend this location to ANYONE. After another 43 mins on the phone with Hertz they created another reservation under my wife’s account who is also Presidential Circle, priced matched, and my issue was resolved. While I understand the location was busy Sat morning, 6/1/2024 around 10am, there were at least two others working that day that could have assisted the other customers.

I have been renting for many years with hertz i am a presidential member. I scheduled my rental a week in advance for my family coming in town with a new born baby i get there i was next in line alisha asked how she could help me and i said i think that black suv is for me and she went and got the key click it started it and continuedon with paper work the manager Sabrina came over and took the key and gave it to a guy that need a vehicle because his was in the shop. So i hertz member gets his vehicle taken away so she could give it to a guy she was flirting with and the guy only need that day because his vehicle was in the shop. She said he asked for that suv and i said i was next in line and he was behind me and he came today and i ordered a week ago but i had to wait 2 hours for the next vehicle to get ready . While the guy she was flirting with that was behind me was able to come and go why would a loyal hertz member be treated like this so the manager could flirt with a guy and treat me like nothing this just shows it doesnt pay to be loyal

They onl had one vehicle and I had a reservation. The car inside and out was dirty and had scratches. They we’re getting paid from a large insurance company and still help $50 on my credit card. Got that resolved then 2 more charges hit my card. It was taken care of but it was stressful with everything going on

My experience hertz was different for other rental companies. With that been said they were the best company so far. I definitely will be doing returning business. Even though I don’t full understand how they do business,based off my experience I will grow to know them better
