DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS LOCATION. The service was TERRIBLE , the representative Michael was the epitome of disrespectful customer service. Told me a vehicle would be available for purchase, I come in and agree on a price with this representative & he hands me a sign purchased ordered at an agreed price ! I come back the next day to pick up the vehicle, and they tell me the vehicle is sold. Why hand me a purchase order if you’re going to sell the vehicle ?!?! And can’t even notify me that the vehicle was sold until I came in to pick up the vehicle. I believe this location is guiding customers towards their preferred lenders, they are selling vehicles to friends first and then true customers afterward and making promises that are unfulfilled. WORST location I have ever dealt with.

Would give 0 stars if I could. There was a cockroach infestation in my rental car & they wouldn’t replace it. They also charged me $35 for an EV charge even though I brought it back charged. Hertz has ZERO ways to get customer service on the phone.They just have automated systems telling you to go online. Never renting from this company again.

Nick Isom is difficult to get a hold of. Would not answer our calls to let him know about flight delay, and rented our reservation out to someone else, which left us no choice but to rent a more expensive option. Not cool.

The Hertz staff were well-informed. The SUV was fabulous- a Chevy Blazer. Roomy and FAST. My one complaint…. Hertz held my hold fee for two weeks after car turned up. Had to jump through hoops to get it back. Not nice Hertz.

I had a great experience with Hertz. Great price and great car. Had it checked out at Nissan and they told me the car was great all I needed was filters and Hertz handled that for me. Erika was great and both managers I dealt with.

I contacted this location to inquire about vehicle availability, as directed and provided to me by my insurance company (State Farm) as I was in need of a truck. Antonio, the employee who answered the phone not only refused to provide me with which available vehicles were on site for the dates I was requesting, he then got an attitude with me when I inquired as to why he was not able to provide me with vehicle availability and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This was the ON-SITE representative. Customer Service representative. I have notified State Farm, as this is a "preferred vendor" of state farm, because there are plenty of other rental car companies that are happy to do business with them. I didnt choose that life for him, he did. And no matter what job you do, perform it to the best of your ability and with respect to the customer. I am also in a service related field, and this behavior would put me out of business. If I was the GM of this location, or the regional manager, I would inquire if this is still the place he'd like to be at, as I'm sure (And confirmed by Looking at other reviews) I'm not the first to have this sort of experience.

Waited 1.5 hours after having a reservation with a set pick up time. Allegedly car was being cleaned but when we got it it was not clean. Did not answer phone or acknowledge awful service. Do not book a car here.

Horrible company and horrible rental service. If anything goes wrong, good luck getting help from Hertz. They design their call system to not route you to a human. Also, expect long waits at the Florida St. location. The poor counter guy has to both handle the paperwork and get the vehicles. It takes about 20-30 min per person. So if anyone is ahead of you in line, grab a snickers. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Also, I got a lemon vehicle and now can’t get in touch with anyone to help me. Also, the experience dealing with the mechanical issue completely ruined my weekend. Good thing I’m local and wasn’t on vacation w/ family and friends. It would have been an absolute nightmare.
