A huge thanks to Denise! So polite, sweet, and very welcoming!! The minute we walked in she helped us in all the ways possible!! My fiancé and I walked in, we told her what we were looking for, she showed us many options and led us to the perfect wedding set ring!! We were extremely happy with our purchase because not only did we find the ring but she explained the difference in carats, size, shape, everything!! We recommend Denise all the way!! Denise George was amazing! We originally walked into the store asking about ring sizes since I wear a 4.5. She explained how the sizing works and how the coverage plan covers things like that. She went over our options and ways that we could finance the rings as well. Even went above and beyond to walk us through the financing. I’ve experienced problems at jewelers before and she made me feel welcomed. I’m glad to be part of the family!

I couldn't be more appreciative of Denise and Katherine at the International Plaza Helzberg location. I went in today to look at a few engagement rings as I have just recently started ring shopping. They both were very knowledgeable about potential options and priced out a variety of rings for me based on my preferences. They showed me exactly what I was looking for and provided suggestions on how to get the best ring for my price point. I would highly recommend Helzberg if you’re in the market for a ring. Their lifetime warranty and free cleanings are a selling point alone. Both Denise and Katherine spent well over 45 minutes with me and were such a great resource in my ring shopping journey!
