I’ve been getting my hair done at Headquarters Beauty Room with Emelia for over a year and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say!! Her attention to detail is incredible, and her communication is top tier; she always takes time to talk about the service being done, making sure we’re both on the same page. It’s clear she has a passion for what she does based on the beautiful results !

I almost don't want to disclose how amazing Maiteh is with color, cut and blow out. I'd love to keep her my own secret, to be honest. However, she truly deserves credit for listening, understanding, making suggestions, and nailing my color/cut/blow out. I can't wait to go back at the end of the month for our next consult and watch her work her magic. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Finally found THE place. These folks KNOW what they are doing. So nice, a beautiful feminine room and they listen. Honest and professional results, great value.

Sent my girlfriend to the salon because I heard they were good with blondes.
Jessenia did not disappoint.
She did a beautiful job on the highlights and the cut.

Emelia did amazing on my hair ❤️ !!! I got a full color and extensions added to hair , she clearly knows what she’s doing , she explained to me how to maintain my hair and set up my appointment for a touch up , I will be coming again for more services . Thank you so much !!!!

Update: another stylist at a DIFFERENT salon fixed my hair. I tried disputing this service because it was awful and they apparently told my bank representative that since I tipped I was satisfied with the service and the only thing that could come to light is a CIVIL SUIT. I don’t have the time or energy to sue for one service but wow. I’m in shock.Do not come here to get your hair darker if you’ve previously had highlights. I’m not quite sure what happened but I asked for my natural color: an ashy, dark brown. I walked out of there with red-toned black hair. My stylist offered to correct it 2 days after I messaged her about being unhappy. I went back because I had already spent so much money on my hair to hate it. She did end up making the black tone lighter, but my hair is stuck with red undertones. My hair is a natural Italian dark brown, I have never had red undertones. When expressing that I was still unhappy and inquiring about a partial refund, I was ignored. If she had been more transparent that she doesn’t usually do all over colors- this wouldn’t have happened. I don’t wish any harm towards her career but I just want people to be wary of this before making the same mistake I did. I’d also like to add that I go to professional salons on a 3 month basis and have never disliked my hair, I’m not picky. I will not be coming back.
