I drove across town to get a tool they had hanging on the shelf, in spite of this I was unable to make the purchase because the barcode could be found in the system and the person working the counter was clueless. I was also told by the same clueless person that the only way they would order anything for me is if I had a part number from the same tool supplier that they carry on the shelf. Very poor customer service from an otherwise reputable supplier of quality tools. HD supply Tampa needs to tighten it up if they want my business. I would give this zero stars because of wasting my trip across town in traffic for something they had but couldn’t figure out how to sell.

Negative stars! Time and time again after dealing with them about tools I need they let me down. didn't call me back when they said they would. Had me pay first then receive an item I didn't want so, we had to void the transaction. Waste of time. I wont ever go there again. Shop on amazon for tools people. they take forever to help the customers too. Terrible service. AWEFUL

Friendly staff??? FARRRR from it! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect, ignorance and downright rudeness in my life! The mouth of the woman, Heather?? maybe...behind the desk...AWFUL - no idea how she even has a job. The man...didnt catch his name obviously didnt want to do his job.....hilarious!!!! Listen, I'm used to dealing with rude people in Construction but they are on a whole other level. Not only that, they did NOT honor their quote prices, more expensive than Home Depot so it took literally throwing a downright fit to get them to honor THEIR quote!!!! I couldn't believe it! Then, they didn't have one item in stock so had to order it...didnt charge us for it...and we actually ended up not needing it. When the item came in...they called EVERY day..NASTY messages...so to appease them and get the messages to stop I went in there today....It was the WORST experience ever...being told they dont know what Im talking about, they didnt process that order yadda yadda yadda....I said well you're calling every day so it has to be up here. Finally, the o so happy lady (sense my extreme sarcasm) throws them on the counter and goes "Damn right we're calling every day they've been sitting here forever" (2-3 weeks is forever fyi)...so then I ask how much and they both...with backs turned to me said ITS PAID FOR!....HA well fine then I will take my FREE clips as payment for your horrific service. Then I called every single contractor we do biz w/ and let them know of our experience...most had similar. How many relationships are they ruining a day??? Because....they've ruined this one and I will go pay $3 more for a piece of wood somewhere else just to avoid dealing with them and giving them our money!
