Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Louis, Tonio and Brandon were awesome. ? they asked several times if I wanted water. They explained everything. I got the oil change, wipers, coolant and engine filter. I arrived 15 minutes to closing and they stayed late to make sure the car ? was taken care of. Thank you very much

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They changed my oil and engine filter, checked all of my fluid levels, washed my windshield, and even reset the factory "oil life" light for me when I asked them to, in less than 20 minutes.

This was an unacceptable visit. We sat in the bay for over 15 min before being assessed and that was only when we said we needed to leave. Two workers tended to one care while two other cars (mine being one) sat watching. Three other workers were present somewhere because once we addressed the oversight and lack of professionalism, we saw all of them in the bay working. This was disappointing and I don’t intend to return.

They are normally quick but they were under staffed when I went in this time. I waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change. Tonio was great and provided great customer service by explaining and apologizing for the wait. I will still come back for my next oil change.
