Upon entering the store, Gary extended a warm and welcoming greeting to my mother and me. Our visit was prompted by a need for mattresses, and Gary provided invaluable assistance. He demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the various mattress options, enabling us to make an informed decision. As a long-standing customer, I continue to value the exceptional level of customer service provided.

DO NOT EVER buy the Guardsman Gold protection plan!!!! This is a scam!! I purchased at the time for my furniture from the Sales Jeannette at this haverty store she said we def need it if we buy the beige couch with kids at home and we can get it exchange for new furniture if any stains get on it.
BUT when I tried to exchange it , I contacted the service, they told me they couldn’t clean it or exchange it for me!??!
I spent over $20k on whole house furnitures from haverty and paid a lot extra for this protection plan for Nothing!
Very bad customer service and will never recommend anyone to shop here again!

We had shopped at 3 other stores before coming to Hudsons. We felt they had the best quality and quantity of furniture. Our salesperson was Renee and she did an excellent job assisting us without pressuring us.

Great store & sales rep Ginger. She was super helpful& knowledgeable. Love my new furniture. Always confident in the quality of the furniture at Havertys! I live In SC and purchased from Havertys in Tampa Florida, while visiting our son. I had Purchased there previously and were very happy with the quality.
You cannot go wrong shopping at Havertys!

In addition to helping us select our new recliner couch a few weeks ago, she has effortlessly assisted with problem solving to ensure that we receive the top quality pieces we purchased. Other team members at Northdale have also been a pleasure to work with to include the ladies who complete orders & payments.
