Patricia helped me today and I can easily say that I've never received this level of attention, care, and service in a shoe store before ever. She gave me a "Say Yes to the Dress" moment after listening to everything that was painful for me, my doctor recommendations, measuring my feet, watching the way I walk, and then scanned my feet. Everything she pulled for me was a winner, and I ultimately chose the one that was best for me in the long one. Patricia knew that I would and even suggested it the sandals first. 10/10 recommend visiting.

I needed a removable insole so I could replace them with my orthotics. Happy Feet was the place to go! They spent time fitting the right shoe and I have been pleased with what I bought.

I have shopped at this store on and off for a few years. I’m not sure what’s going on with stock, but my last two visits my size wasn’t available. The staff is friendly, however. Owner needs to carry more common sizes.

Over the years we have loved this store, purchase several shoes there a year, usually Kenkoh's. Owner is knowledgeable. Sadly Chelsea answered when we called, had zero interest in helping us even though we have seen the boot we are looking for there, but didn't know what they call it. As much as we prefer to support local stores it impossible without service.

After trying to find shoes at all the mainstream shoe stores with no luck because they were all too narrow (even the wides) or extremely uncomfortable, I decided to try Happy Feet plus. It was the most pleasant experience. It was so nice to try on a pair of wedge sandals that were comfortable and fit well! Next time, this will be the first place I will look!

I have been buying shoes from Happy Feet in Carrollwood for many years. I have always been very happy with the quality and service. I used them especially because I walked every day and needed good walking shoes. I started buying my Mom’s shoes here several years ago also, and she doesn’t wear anything else now. She had extensive foot surgery and this is the only shoes that she finds comfortable and supportive. I have now developed rheumatoid arthritis and my feet have been affected and have been hurting all day every day. So I returned to find a pair for me again. Gabby was so helpful and patient in assisting me to find the best shoes for me. I purchased my shoes yesterday morning and then wore them all day. Today my feet are not hurting. I cannot ask for more.

Fantastic customer service even 1 year after my purchase. Purchased Finn Comfort sandals that make my feet feel 100x better. I found everyone to be knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Patricia, the current store manager, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I recommend shopping at this store for high-quality shoes and a stellar experience.
