They are so responsible and friendly! I bought one jacket online, the price is super duper great. They shipped it out fast! There was a little problem with the tracking system. They responded quickly and resolved it asap! Already received the jacket after two days. Very good experience.

DO NOT BUY from this shop, costumer service is so bad , they never return your call or emails, I bought a jean from them and before my purchase i check the return policy and it says free return but when jean came it was small and i sent them several emails and made phone calls and waited a weak but they did not respond and after a weak sent them another email and finally they said you can not get your money and this is it. awful company to deal with. never ever by anything from them,

I just received my first package today and absolutely love the jumpsuit I bought! It was beautifully packaged with such a nice note. While I have not visited their brick and mortar store, I wanted share how impressed I was with my online shopping experience. I found this boutique when I was searching for a specific Amanda Uprichard top. I had never heard of the boutique as I live in a different state. I took a chance and placed the order based on all the positive reviews here. You can imagine my pleasant surprise when the order I had placed on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend arrived that Tuesday. I appreciate how quickly they processed the order, especially during a holiday weekend and a global pandemic!
