We got some places on our car painted here and a few years later the paint peeled up in big curls. They repainted it, but the same thing happened a few years later. They would not fix it. Only a defective product or workmanship would cause this type of peeling.
They also over-sprayed the clear coat onto the headlights. It turned yellow and cracked and chipped off in pieces.
Do not get your car painted there.

I have been coming to Guy's Automotive for around 25 years and I'm a female and I was so tired of being RIPPED OFF by mechanics my entire life so I
went to my 3 GIG home computer and opened the yellow pages and closed my eyes and pointed my finger and it was pointing to Guy's Automotive on Hillsborough Ave before he opened his shop on Nebraska! So Grateful! He only uses new parts and guarantees everything for a year! When something is fixed it is fixed right and I would give him a 10 instead of a 5.0 if possible all my friends and family have been coming here for way over 20 years and he is the most honest mechanic in the United States of America! We are so lucky to have him in a wonderful state of Florida! WOW I just said the word HONEST and MECHANIC in the same sentence! I love this place and will continue going! Pat in the Nebraska office, SHE is so sweet and knowledgeable! ALL the people that work for GUY are professionals, kind and caring!! If you're getting tired of being ripped off by mechanics, especially FEMALES, this is the place to go! LOVE LOVE LOVE! 💜💜💜

Let me tell anyone who reads this, don’t hesitate to bring your car or truck here this Shoo is spectacular. I brought in an older vehicle that has sentimental value to our family. It was time for a new motor, they breathed new life into the 4-runner Toyota with a used low mileage motor from japan. They have connections found me a 60,000 mile motor and performed a seamless exchange! It runs so smooth now! They cleaned everything up beautifully in the engine bay. I was so impressed I referred a buddy from work to get some body work done on his car. Wow the new paint is so smooth no orange peels, simply flawless workmanship. They even cleaned his car when done! Than you Guy Skiver and team! We are truly greatful 10 + stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this is now my new place for most of my car related needs. I recently got a 2007 Ford focus. when I got it the driver side side view mirror was tapped on which later found out was also glued no so I wasn't able to get all the old one off. so I got in touch with guys automotive after a few no return phone calls from other places. I was able to schedule getting it done the next day. great experience. highly recommend guys automotive.

Guy's great. He's down to earth. Prices are reasonable. He'll work with you to get your car fixed. His mechanic does excellent work. He replaced a blown motor for me. It was tricky but we got it done. I'm really happy with the service here. I'll definitely be coming back again.

My husband took our car there to fix a spark plug and a coil, they charged us $851.00 and the car was not fixed! He was charging an extra $250 to replace an extra coil, basically the car wasn't fixed we are talking about A Nissan 2005 Altima, so, we drove the car home less than 5 mins away car wasn't working properly my husband opened hood and one of the spark plugs it was covered w oil, we do not know how but that would make the car miss fire so we have to bring it back! To charge us the extra money he was asking for! We do not recommend, this place!!!There's another review, here they did the same to the person in that review! We should've read before going here, please Do not go here!!! I don't know how people can be so dishonest like this. Antonia P.

We took our 1993 Miata to repair front end damage. They did an excellent job pulling the front end and straightening the hood!! This repair facility is clean, skilled, and timely!! I would recommend to my family and friends!!

Overall I was very satisfied with the price and work we received to repair my wife's car. Wish that my wife would stop hitting inanimate objects on the road. But I didn't marry her for her driving. Had to replace the bumper and paint a quarter panel. I received multiple quotes from several locations. Guy's offered the most competitive. Pat was great to give me an estimate and work with me even after finding other issues that needed addressing. (not my wife's fault). They made it work even with my tight budget. The work was satisfactory. The repair was done as expected, on time, and meeting my budget requirement. Would recommend.
