Doctor took her time to answer your questions. She also took the time to teach me about my body. The staff are friendly and kept my spirits high. They help me to stay calm & even laugh during a scary situation.

I was at GuideWell Emergency Doctors on 10/17. The service was very efficient. Dr. Ernest Page II and his staff are very attentive and caring. I recommend it and would also come back if needed. FIVE STARS!!!

I am not usually so impressed with clinics, but was definitely impressed with all aspects of GuideWell. Staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. King was great!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing medical attention.

Staff was great! Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed with something a little less serious than what I actually had. Went to my primary doctor after 5 days of Guidewell's diagnosis because my illness wasn't getting better. Sorry to only give 1 star. I do have to say that guidewell was very convenient to book an appointment, just didn't hit the mark on my illness.

Guidewell is the best place to go for fast polite service, for fast test results, and quick turnaround for how long you were in clinic. I have had the pleasure of going twice and each time was the best experience I ever had at a clinic, hospital, or doctors office. They are friendly, respectful, and they listen to you about what your issue is that brought you to see them.

I have been to this location on Fletcher many times .It was always a pleasant experiences i had insurance through my job and I got layed off my job. I have Gov type insurance it was different experience the treatment was totally different to where my blood pressure was high never mentioned I had to ask as well as my urine analysis i had to ask about it I was the patient not the worker every time I went i got a survey about my experience and saying they hope feel better not this time I was told they had no x rays machine there which I been to this location several times and have had a chest x ray .I feel rather I have a more reliable insurance through my old company insurance or Gov insurance which it's not a free service . I should have never felt the difference i didn't realize until I got home that I didn't feel important to them on 091724 check your records how many times i been there I picked Guide Well over Med Express because of the staff I realize people not important it's what type insurance you have that matters I write positive reviews because I did Customer Service for 26 yrs and know I would never make customer feel less if they needed assistance rather there bill was 70.00 vs 1000.00 .The staff and the doctor wasn't rude it was the fact that I felt like my health that day didn't matter because of the Insurance I have which is Florida Blue hope this is learning experience because we should all matter no matter what insurance we have.NOT SO HAPPY CUSTOMER
