I have trusted Steve since November 2021. He was efficient and friendly.
Since February this year, I have got a lot of difficulties to reach him to prepare my 2023 tax return. Meanwhile I discovered that my IRS account had accumulated penalties due to the payment failures etc from the firm concerning the tax year 2020, 2021 and 2022 (I always paid the tax due amount to the firm in advance, and then they paid to IRS for me).
Unfortunately, with 7 emails sent and 1 call message left, I am still waiting for their response to correct the tax payment failure issue with IRS and to prepare my 2023 tax return which is maybe too late now.
I don't know what is happening in this firm. If my individual case is not the firm´s interest or priority any more, please at least correct the error, clear my account balance in IRS and let me know.

Guardian has done the accounting for both of my businesses for over 6 years now. Steve and his team are amazing and every year I am reminded just how much I appreciate them!

I was introduced to Steve Ribble by my financial advisor. From the start we had problems getting him to return our calls, emails etc. When I spoke with him about this he acted like nobody else has problems reaching him. Obviously from reading his reviews this is not true. We did finally get a meeting with him and he did prepare our tax return. He did it quickly and at a very fair rate. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to communicate with him since. And before you think about writing a response to this Steve saying how wrong I am like you do with all the other reviewers, I checked my communication attempts. I have emailed you , called your office and left messages, called your cell, emailed you along with my advisor and on and on since June and you still haven’t responded. If you have a personal problem or another problem just say so. I’m reasonable. But this has become intolerable. I don’t know how you maintain a practice with such horrible service. I will be finding another accountant and I encourage everyone that reads this to go elsewhere. There is obviously a problem with him Too bad because he seemed like a nice guy and did a good job, but you have to be able to communicate with ur accountant. I really regret changing to you Steve.

Health issues caused me to fall behind on my taxes, and I delayed taking action. However, Steve's professionalism has helped me get back on track. I highly recommend the Guardian Accounting Group!

A waste of time. This accounting place is a joke. They wasted 2 months of my time. They have no regards to people time.they were very quick to set me up with a consultation with the cpa that lasted 5 mins then he assured that they will do my taxes that same week after I upload the docs, which o did the same day. One week goes by nothing then 3,4 so I started emailing and no response. Called and left a message and not even a an email back. After almost 2 months I withdrew my docs. Horrible experience.

Basically, the lady who answered the phone couldn’t answer any questions, all she could do is pass my questions to someone who was able to help. However, no one ever contacted me. Stay away from this business if you have a busy schedule and don’t have time to keep following up with these people just to get your questions answered.

Today marks the death of TurboTax and H&R Block. I will make this quick. I was terrified to file my taxes due to a multitude of reasons for the last 4 years. After working with Stephen, my confidence is through the roof and I no longer have the anxiety I have built up over NOTHING. He is extremely well versed in this field. I give a 12/10. Very pleased

Stephen and the Guardian Accounting Group have not only been extremely professional with the service he provides, but is also very patient when it comes to his personalized consultation and endless questions that my wife and I throw at him each tax season. For the last few years I used one of the self service on-line tax preparing service but due to my trading activity I decided to use Guardian Accounting Group for my 2012 filling and for merely a few more dollar Stephen got me a bigger refund than I would received had I done my tax returns myself. So, I am still using Guardian Accounting Group and we are now in 2023. I have the peace of mind that my tax returns are prepared by a professional who knows the tax code and all the new rules.
