So happy that there's a donation center. The two gentlemen that attended the center were exceptionally helpful, respectful, and friendly.

Moving so we have them lots of goodies! It’s in a plaza so just pulled up to the curb and guy came out with a cart to take our treasures

This is a lousy place to try to donate furniture and larger articles as they only take clothing and small I didn't know that because it wasn't advertised properly

There is usually a older gentleman who comes out with the cart to take the stuff I donated to the Goodwill inside. Well today when I donated stuff to the Goodwill the woman was so rude she stood at the door with the car and told me I had to bring things to her. I told her she has the wheels in the cart and she could come pick it up. She told me I have to start parking closer to the front door if she is to do that. I guess it’s like everything else lazy people everywhere. I will never donate to the goodwill ever again. I’ll trash it before I get treaded like that. The woman shouldn’t have a job if she’s that incapable of rolling a cart to the curb.

The work of Mr. Abigalcides was very bad, he did not help me to lower the bags, bad treatment of the public, he came to donate in my particular case, I hope that the people in charge of this business are present, he told me that he did not have to lower the bags, horrible

This particular donation spot is just great. They are friendly and helpful. STEER CLEAR of the one in the Ace Hardware parking lot in Odessa. There is a grey haired woman there and when I brought my first of 4 boxes to the truck, she pawed through my items in 2 seconds and said, "We no take." The box had tools, a rug, a working shop light, a tool box, peg board hooks and a bolt cutter. She didn't know what any of it was so she sent me on my way without even looking at the other three boxes (which had a sleeping bag used 1x, a tent, 2 like new basketballs, soccer shoes/ball/cones and similar items). I didn't realize the GW had screeners at donation sites. Apparently she was looking for Cabbage Patch Dolls or Hummels. I will think twice about using GW in the future. Maybe Salvation Army or AM VETS is less picky.

The attendant was coming to meet me with a cart to collect my items. He was "on the ball!" He also readily offered the document for claiming the donation on tax preparation.

Great place to be able to drop off stuff it's right next to Publix so if you're not near a Goodwill truck or store you can go here to the donation center but you can't buy stuff there this location on Ehrlich
