Golden Movers was one of the most efficient groups we have seen in over 4 recent moves. They worked as a team, were respectful of our requests, and balanced the load among the workers so nobody got exhausted and stopped. They arrived exactly on time, and were careful around the pets. They protected our boxes and reassembled everything carefully. They did not block anyone at the apartment parking spots.

Everyone at Golden Movers from customer service, packers/loaders and driver/unloader were professional, knowledgeable and personable. In our move from Florida to Albany, NY they met their dates with nothing missing or damaged at less than the quoted price.
Can't beat that!

I do not recommend this company based on my interstate move with them. They refuse to honor the cost to repair the damaged antiques and missing items as a result of their sloppy handling. Most of my items were well packed, but some valuable items were not even wrapped, just put in boxes with no protection. I was told by the owner my expensive bicycle would be packed in wardrobe container boxes; it was simply put with my other items with no protection at all. I had to wait 1 1/2 months for my livingroom carpet (that was separated from my ither items) to be delivered at their convenience. They claim to be Christian people, but my advice to them is study the Bible more and behave Christ like. Very disappointed in their service!

Golden Movers has done it again! They were on schedule and took exceptional care of our belongings. They are courteous - Coffee, Monte, Dwayne and Sean all stood out as excellent. Credit goes to the owner, too - Mr. Josh Finklea maintains a great staff of professionals who always exceed expectations. Will reach out to Golden Movers next time we move, for sure.

We have used Golden Movers for two moves now and wish we had known about them sooner! We had a nightmare experience with a previous move by another moving company, so we were very nervous to use any movers for our next move. Golden Movers exceeded our expectations both times we have used them. Their customer service is excellent, and the packing and moving team is very friendly and professional (and fast!)—everything was carefully packed and moved to our new home. Moving is stressful, and they certainly made a stressful situation less stressful. We will 100% use them for any future moves we have! We recommend them to everyone we know who is moving or even considering a move!

I cannot recommend Golden Movers enough. Every step of the process, from scheduling the move to the last box being unloaded, was hassle free. My movers arrived on time and were the definition of polite, professional, and prepared. They managed to pack up all the furniture in my apartment quickly and unloaded same just as efficiently. There was not a single instance of damage or other negative consequence from the move. Most importantly, my movers were kind and patient which was a massive benefit given the chaos of everything else going on during move day. There is no question that I will be using Golden Movers again!
