Normally only like writing good reviews, but the woman who was working today was super unpleasant and rude. I made multiple attempts to change the conversation to a more positive tone - she was just not having it. Had questions and every answer was given to make me feel like an idiot. Went to the Wesley chapel Grove location and got way better service and will never go back to this citrus park one.Seems like based off all their bad reviews it’s just how they operate. 0 customer service skills!

Employee running the store has no customer service skills. He was incredibly rude and bordered on being a bigot. He made me feel as though I were an unwanted animal that had wandered in off the street. From now on I'll be shopping at Sprouts for my dietary supplement needs.

It was my first time visiting thi location . Mike was very pleasant to talk and he helped me with my purchase .Very knowledgeable about supplements. Will be back for sure.

They have my love, 100% as the best gnc. Always have that awesome supplement my boyfriend likes and buys over a week- ultimate Forza. I would think it was so awesome if i were able to get a coupon for 2 boxes for the price of one, or something, because we come in for ultimate Forza so often it's become every week I have to buy him his 30 day supply... But weekly. Lol. I love it and will follow their gnc always! ? ... Still.. would be cool to gain a little love for our loyalty lol.

Called twice before coming to verify if they were open, didn’t answer. Took a chance and came over, and they didn’t carry the brand I wanted (Glaxon) which all the other ones do. I asked if they have the pro boxes, and he said no. I noticed the sign to sign up for pro days, and asked “so you just sign people up without giving them a box?” To which he replied “I have boxes for people who sign up. I’m not gonna give someone a box if they didn’t sign up here.” I told him to have a nice day and left. What a TERRIBLE Gnc.

I’ve worked here and the manager Mike Kennedy is hands down one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Curses out customers when they leave the store without buying anything and extremely rude to the employees. They often quit and when asked why he refuses to elaborate. Does not let customers use reward points and will without refunds as he pleases.

Review former manager for Mike Kennedy. I see why he can't keep employees he's extremely unprofessional, treats his employees unfairly, doesn't pay well, doesn't offer 401K, health and/or life insurance for full time employees, cheats employees out of their pay due to them, doesn't give the required breaks and is a male chauvinist. franchise; go to a real gnc that is a Coroprate store.In a harassing email he called me a fool, that I was dropped on my head too many times and told me to go "F" myself. Check the reviews on google most recent and over the years. This owner and store have a very bad track record. I have read the reviews before I decided to take the manager position. Mike is very unprofessional, rude, unfriendly and pushy with customers. He doesn't keep his store well stocked with high demand producta and sells expired products. He doesn't want to take returns from customers. He tells the customer to go to another GNC because he doesn't want to take the financial hit. Nor does he offer the customer has the reward points coupon on their account because he doesn't want to lose money on the sale.Both of his employees quit in one week an associate that's been there 7 weeks and newly hired manager that has only been there a week. That should tell you alot about this owner and the business he runs. Don't support this franchise; go to a real gnc that is a Coroprate store.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere but today I had to do it, I went a week ago and bought two products, one was a protein and the other was a vitamin, both Alani brand, I admit that it was my mistake not to review the products before paying for them and before I was leaving the store but I was in a hurry, when I got home and checked them the vitamins were expired and the protein had some very strange lumps it looked like used gum it didn't look safe to consume at all. I decided to go to the store the next day to return it and when the manager and an employee literally didn't even greet me, I had to start the conversation and tell them that I needed to make a return, the employee left me speechless and left, The general manager grabbed the products in a very rude way and it should be noted that at all times he did not look me in the eye, he kept his head down the whole time, he took the protein out of the bag and opened it and even seeing that it looked bad I He said rudely that I was perfectly fine and that I was wrong, then he took the vitamins out of the bag and said "let's see if they are really expired" seeing that they were expired he said nothing. Mention that my payment is made by Cash. After I checked the products, he told me that he did not have any Cash at the moment that if I wanted to return the next day I asked him if he could deposit the money on my card, which he rudely refused. I told him that I was going to return in the morning After making the return I said thank you and said goodbye and he did not respond! The times I've been there, this store is empty from the moment you enter, you feel the manager's bad vibes. I felt very uncomfortable and I had no choice but to go to another GNC that was 25 minutes away to return my purchase where they treated me very well and solved my problem, they did not have Cash either but they still deposited the money on my debit card. The workers at this store told me that they always receive customers who come from the store where this man treats them very badly.

Clean store. The man behind the counter was not friendly or helpful. Never came out from behind the counter to see if we needed help. Just shouted from behind the counter. They lost sales due to lack of enthusiasm and no help. We won't be back here. I don't see how this location stays open.

My husband stopped by this location at 7pm (they close at 8pm) The guy in the store said he was closing early because business was slow and unless my husband had cash and didn’t want a receipt he couldn’t be helped. Based on the reviews I see why his business is slow.Go to the one on on dale mabry its 3min away and they are super friendly.

Stopped in here today and it will definitely be my last time here! The owner/manager is so unprofessional and rude. I showed him a pic of pre workout I wanted to look at. Instead of telling me if he has it or not he said “what’s so special abt that”? I said well I didn’t say it’s special, but since I’m here I wanted to take a look at the container. He said for me to look it up online. Lol True I can, but again if u have it I’d like to look at it. Of course they didn’t have it. I don’t know why he didn’t just say that in the first place. Then I asked if they have creatine and instead of telling me yes or no he said your not gonna find it anywhere then he walks out of the store. ? I was going to purchase the L-glutemine pills here (they don’t have powder), but after my interaction with him I decided to go across the street to DISCOUNT NUTRITION where they’re glad to help and carry many more products. I was able to purchase L-Glutemine POWDER FROM DISCOUNT NUTRITION and I got creatine as well. The manager/owner of this GNC did a good job making sure I don’t give him my business. >>Don’t waste your time coming here.<< ? I’ve read other comments and they say the same. ? Go somewhere u can actually get assistance versus silly comments no one asked for.
