I am looking for a new PCP within Tampa and called this place for a general question and the office women who answered the phone was completely rude answering my questions with “I don’t think we do that”, which is completely WEAK language.. How about next time you go ask a professional that works there instead...since you obviously do not know..

Frustrated at the lack of attention to details at this office. I've called numerous times about my refills and no call back. I plan on reaching out to Wellmed about my concerns.

Had a new patient appointment and never even got to meet the Dr. waited forever to be seen and they never called in any prescriptions or returned my calls. I had to go back to my old dr. 2 hours away for refills. I also had problems with lab orders...had my blood drawn and had to go back again as they forgot to order all labs at once. I am writing this while on hold for 27 minutes with no answer. Worst care I have ever received and am going to look for another Dr. ASAP!!!!!

My mother was suppose to have been seen today by Dr. Cadigan. She was rescheduled by the staff 3 times before today. When she arrived to the office she was told to sign in and wait to be called back by the medical staff. Her appointment was for 9:30 am, by 10 am she went up to check in with the front desk staff if the Doctor was running behind. She was informed that Dr. Cadigan was assisting with an emergency and that they were going to move her appointment with the NP so she could have been seen sooner. Mom was fine with that and waited. By 10:30 she was still sitting waiting to be seen and one patient that was to be seen by Dr. Cadigan who's appointment was after my mothers went back before her plus the 3 other patients that came in after her. When she addressed this with the front desk staff they were very dismissive with her concern and told her that "she wasn't clinical" and that she would get her office manager. The office manager didn't seem to know what was going on and that she would address the staff. These situations hurt the medical community and hurt the Great Doctors that want to see patient. Poor staff is a negative reflection on you.

The staff and the Doc are the best. He really listens and cares about what you have to say and are feeling, and that's why I went with him when he split with my previous doctor. I would highly recommend him if you really care about your health.

Dr. Brian Cadigan is very astute about my conditions and has diagnosed and helped me always. He is the most warm and considerate doctor who has ever treated me.I’m pretty certain that all his patients feel similarly. The staff is great and I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.Of course I would recommend him and have.

Dr. Cadigan is awesome, but his front desk staff are... not so goodThe front desk said they did not have an appointment for me when I had spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them and scheduled one several days earlier. This negligence on their part wasted a lot of time. Beware if you are a new patient.

HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE staff, HIGHLYDISAPPOINTED. Didn’t even get to see the doctor so I won’t comment on his care however he should seriously fire his entire office staff. For starters: I walk in for my appointment that I had waited 2 weeks for and they had booked 3 of us for the exact same time all with Dr. Cadigen. Luckily I was on the schedule however one of the others ended up having to reschedule and drive home after clearing out her entire day. Then I get up to the window, hand them my ID and insurance card. They then proceed to tell me they no longer accept my plan of insurance. Interesting, because I booked my appointment with the office manager mind you, 2 weeks prior and gave her all of my info over the phone and TRIPLE CHECKED that my insurance was accepted before booking my appointment. And even confirmed with my insurance carrier that they were in-network.I then asked to speak with the office manager whom booked my appt and the lady at the front desk informed she would be back in 10 minutes from lunch. So I waited the 10 minutes and then was told by a new lady in scrubs that I actually would not get to speak with her because she had left for the day. Nobody offered to call me back or explain why this sudden change. Verbatim, I was told “corporate makes changes like this overnight.” According to my insurance company they were definitely in network as I’m typing this a week later.Take your business elsewhere!

I have been with Dr. Cadigan for years and believe him to be everything you hope your choice for a primary doctor will be. Yes, you probably may have a wait a little to be seen but that's because he doesn't rush through his patients. He takes time to listen to concerns and questions, and genuinely cares.

Dr Cadigan is a wonderful doctor. I have gone to him for years. he is competent, kind, a good listener, and has been excellent at diagnosing medical issues that come with the aging process too.
