Just wanted to state with out question a Big Thank you to Rich and to Gene Perez auto rebuild. They did a fantastic job in repairing the damage from an accident my Porsche Macan S was involved in. Rich spear headed the rebuild, which included the rear end of the car. Rich even went to bat for me in making sure factory new OEM tail lights were installed instead of used ones. You can’t tell an accident occurred, the car looks better than new! Thank you Rich and Gene Perez Auto Rebuild

Wow! Was I ever the most incessant person to get my car repaired from an auto accident. Drove them all crazy! My insurance compay wanted me to take my vehicle to an in network body shop but Gene Perez was the only body shop I trusted. The staff is wonderful, honest and respectful and on target.I can not say enough about my service rep, JeffBeavers. Not only is he knowlegable but his patience and presrverance in satisfying the customer is beyond words. He worked with the insurance company to get what needed to be done, DONE. He never failed me, not once. Then theres Nicky, the office manager...she always handled my calls with respect support and a giggle. Wayde, the body technician put "Humpy Dumpty" (my Porsche) back together again. Prefectly! If you felt something was not right, he made an effort to talk with you and even take a ride if necessary. He did whatever it took to satisfy my concerns.Gene Perez Body Repairs reputation for exceptional service precedes them. They ARE the best, always has been, always will be. I went to Gene's because they have been around for so long and a friend recommended them. I was looking for some accident damage fixed, and some aftermarket accessories installed. The aftermarket headlights needed modification because OEM is rarely OEM. They called me, explained everything, and came up with a fix. Mike S. communicated with me throughout the whole process. Overall, they delivered as promised and did so at a good price (not an insurance claim). I'm delighted and will return.

Repairs done right, great communication and service. Had damage to multiple panels and they did an outstanding job repairing and repainting them. Jeff Beavers kept me informed on parts (had to be ordered from overseas) and got me in and scheduled as soon as they were in. There were no surprises on the cost as it matched the estimate. Gene Perez does outstanding work. I've had two accidents in my BMW M3 and they are the only shop I trust with my foreign vehicle. Both locations do great work.
