Very nice when answering the call and got to were I was very quickly! He did an amazing job taking good care of my car and took me to my house to drop me and my car off. Got myself stranded in Tampa, a 50 min drive to my destination. Called Gerardo late at night and he was more than happy to help. He ask my location and my destination, gave me an estimate and was on his way to help me out. Very nice guy, and very helpful too. Made the entire process nice, simple and stress free. G&D Towing made my bad day so much better. They were quick, professional and went above and beyond to help me when my tire was flat and my lug nuts wouldn’t loosen. The service was very responsive, picked up the phone and committed to coming out and helping me with a tire change.
