My boyfriend and I went in looking for a bed frame for our daughters bed and they were very nice and very helpful we were in and out of there within 10 minutes we will definitely go back if ever needed to ?

Understanding, patient, humble, reasonable. This place is run by the owner who shows up almost daily to personally meet with his customers. The prices are impressive, the products are high quality, and the professionalism is top notch. He's the real deal. When I said a dining set that I liked wasn't in the budget yet but that I'd be back (we ordered other items but asked for a quote on a dining set we liked) he chuckled knowingly and didn't mention it. Zero pressure sales. Zero. This guy didn't even get mad when the kids got squirrely and gave them some stuffed animals that he had in his office to play with while we waited. We will be back. Thanks, Rob. I didn't get paid for this review, didn't get a discount, and I don't work there. I just believe that we should give honest feedback and not post feedback merely to complain :)

YOU NEED TO GO HERE! Amazing place and service. I moved to the area from Houston and wanted to get new furniture. Most of my furniture was used, old, or hand me downs. I googled Furniture Oldsmar, this and others popped up. It was my 3rd place to visit. Showroom is small and has a few visual options, BUT what he has is an immense selection online. I was concerned about not being able to sit and try it out. So I went to Ashley and other stores with the product that he is able to get. I tried everything out, wrote down item names, went back to his place and got the option I wanted for half the price in the other store. Over all he probably spent 4 hours with me as my wife and I debated what to get, even to the point of staying open past his hours without rushing us. Everything came in swiftly, luckily. One item was damaged, I sent him a text and BAM got me a new piece getting delivered. Highly recommend this place NO BS no PUSHINESS, just amazing customer service and great prices. You won't be disappointed.

Was sold a faulty mattress with all the strings and cushions coming out. They refused to replace the mattress with a different brand of equal or lesser value. After a week the manager reluctantly decided to replace mattress with same brand but it took over a month for the mattress to even get to the store. The manager then called and told me he would have to charge me a delivery fee for bringing the replacement mattress to my house and I live right across the street from the store. Not only did end up with the exact same defective mattress. I had to tie it down to the top of my car and drive it across the street myself. Absolutely no way to treat a paying customer. I will never do business with this company again!

bought a couch from this furniture center and a few days later we were contaminated with bed bugs. We had to fumigate our whole house and the only thing that was new was the couch. After further inspection, we realized that the couch had been used. The couch was one they already had in stock. It cost upwards $2,000 to get our home fumigated. Our fumigation guy told us the source was in fact concentrated around the couch. We called Robert to get a new couch and he refused to refund us or pay for the fumigation bill. I will be take Tampa furniture center to court. Please guys, be very cautious when choosing this dealer as he will take your money and sell used products.

This guy is a crook! He refused to sell to my husband and I thinking that we were going to sell our furniture. He claimed he canceled our account and sent the furniture back, two months later we checked our credit and the furniture account is active, with missed payments. We called okinus and he NEVER sent our furniture back. He even tells okinus that we came and picked it up. We are not sure if he kept our furniture or re sold it to someone else. It's really disappointing. We wonder if there was a restocking fee he refused to pay and just kept it. The only good part about this is that okinus told us we are not responsible. Please proceed with caution

Very low in putting in orders and answering the phone. Doesn't respond back in a timely matter and seems to be very unorganized.

We received the dining and den furniture we ordered in the time promised and are pleased with it. The delivery/setup man, Lou, was great. One damaged chair was promptly replaced. 5 stars for all the above.

Very helpful associates and found the perfect king headboard and footboard for our bedroom. They even helped us load it and tie it down in our SUV so we didn't have to get it delivered!! Will definitely be shopping there again in the future for our furniture needs.

We received the dining and den furniture we ordered in the time promised and are pleased with it. The delivery/setup man, Lou, was great. One damaged chair was promptly replaced. 5 stars for all the above. My only complaint is that the promised referral fees were never paid by Robert to our daughter who has sent two customers to the store. Anyone can forget but still no check after two friendly reminders and months of waiting. I have other furniture to buy but am going elsewhere because a man's word should be his bond. Zero stars for this.

Awesome! Don't overlook this business. We got the lowest price to be found anywhere on the same top notch furniture that was being sold for hundreds of dollars in the local major retailers. Delivery was spot on with no problems. Setup and display once the furniture arrived was excellent. Give the Furniture Center a try you won't regret it!
