Employees violate local soliciting laws. Ignoring No Soliciting signs, knocking multiple times, and whistling at dogs barking in houses. Marcela and whoever else is traveling with her in the Westchase area of Tampa. Keeping them as employees is costing you business and reputation.

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET SERVICE HERE SINCE NOVEMBER 2023! THEY DONT COMMUNICATE WITH AMONGST EACH OTHER, THEY HALFWAY DONT SHOW UP TO INSTALL, AND THEY LEAVE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING!! I HATE FRONTIER!! YALL SUCK FOREAL!!!

Have been out of internet for 3 days. Frontier keep cancelling my appointment stating that issue is resolved remotely. I’m surprised by callous nature of this company. Any suggestion on where I can file complaint about them.

The sales girls that came to my house lied about everything she did not tell me that Direct TV was a separate bill and that I would be in a contract for 24 months her name is Emily she took advantage of a senior citizen she will not return ? my calls she should be fired

Definitely some of the worst service I've ever had I was supposed to get service setup where I live and no one ever showed and everytime I call its someone screwing around on the phone or some guy sounding annoyed that I'm transfered to his department and I then I wake up to some message saying my order is complete bit I have no equipment

These people are walking around my neighborhood knocking on doors being rude. Some girl was dancing down my walk way laughing as I asked her not to knock on my door as there is a sign that says not to knock on my door. I have her on camera screaming “hello hello!” For someone to answer the door. In this day and time you don’t behave that way on someones property. I will NEVER do business with frontier as a result of this. Absolute trash representation. Im in sales and thats not how you get business. You act respectful and you might get a better outcome.

Customer service when you have to call for something is terrible, they make themselves very important, I had a spectrum before and I return to them with better service, they think they are the cheese on the toast it's not worth it bad bad, expensive and don't think it's very fast Internet to make it faster they give you 2 devices and you pay $70

Charged full $60+ service for one week of internet plus $50* restocking fee for returned equipment. Would have been cheaper to accept discounted monthly fee offered when trying to quit service. Clearly not customer service centered. Only out for your money.

Terrible company to deal with.The service itself was fine, but, when we moved and had to return equipment, Frontier requested we return a router that they had previously collected from us.Unless you want to waste hours of your life dealing with a disorganized company, I'd avoid Frontier.

New customer, they set up my service. Worked like a charm. 1 week later they take the wire they ran without telling me then told me there would not be any service until a technician arrives on Tuesday October 3rd! Today is Sept 29th. Unacceptable. I am going back to Spectrum unless this is fixed tomorrow.

If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly this company does not want new customers. 3 weeks and 3 techs later still nothing. The last tech said, “I don’t want to do the install because I’m not going to get paid for it. If you just want to cancel the order I can do that.” This is just one of the many comments that was made. The last tech had a very poor attitude and clearly just did not want to do the work necessary. I caught him in several lies and then found out 5 days after he supposedly rescheduled the install—he actually canceled the entire order.
