I am a landscape contractor. After Milton frontier contractors came to a Community called Avila, they Repaired a cable line a tree pulled out of the ground when the tree fell over. The repair they made was shoving the wire in between the curb edging So when my lawn maintenance company edges the grass it would for sure chop up the wiring immediately. I I told the customer and I fixed the line for them and reburied it correctly. Evidently, they had another area of wire not Buried deep enough and very close to the transition of the driveway and the grass and one of our edgers chopped it up. The scam was The frontier contractors were called back out to fix the line, told the customers that they had to pay for it since I tampered with the wire. (Tampering with the wire because it prevented me from doing my job correctly frontier, you guys are a joke )I still have pictures where the wire is sitting on top of the surface and not buried. Frontier communications and their contractors have caused a big falling out with me and this customer because they thought it was the area that I fixed and it was not it was another area! You guys are scam artists doing piss poor work and should be Investigated for fraud

One of, if not, the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. $600 hidden fee… 2-3 weeks for the refund to get back into my bank account. Constant issues! Constant hidden fees! Constant upselling/promotions. Representatives are outsourced hard to understand and will all give different answers and different solutions to the same question(s) / issue(s). Such a nightmare!

Good service for 2-years, then intermittent failures began, requiring outside unit to be unplugged and replugged in the garage. Hard to do when frequently traveling. I terminated service and as a reward for my loyalty, they charged me a termination fee of $50. Highly recommend Verizon Wireless 5G internet based upon service, price and reputation.

The worst customer service on the planet!! They are rude and condescending and will lie to you over and over again!! Also the so called "Supervisor" aren't worth a damn!!

I have had internet service through Frontier for a few years. A few months ago the service became very slow and unreliable. I called technical support and had to go through everything they put you through when there's an issue: long hold times and several projects to prove that the issue is not my fault.
Spent about 2 hours going through all the stuff with the agent and finally they fixed it on their end. Clearly a software or programming issue that should have been resolved right away. But that's when things get even worse.
A few weeks later it happened again, I went through all the time wasting to have them reset it again.

Every time I called for help they tried to get me to upgrade my service. I couldn't understand why I would upgrade my service when they couldn't even provide me the service I was paying for.
Finally a few days later it happened again and I decided to change service providers.
Now they say I have their router and must send it back or pay them $100.
I do not have their router. I use three routers on my property and they are my mesh routers that I purchased.
Now I have to waste more time trying to prevent them from charging me $100 that I don't owe. I am completely disgusted with this company and I will never use them again.

Horrible customer service. Would not let me cancel my internet after I moved - required me to use a pin that was mailed to my old address. Their site never worked for me to access bills. It has taken me over 4 months to get my plan cancelled, and now they are charging a $50 restocking fee in addition to the $250 that I have paid for an address that I no longer live in.

The cable went out so I called Frontier no humans to answer just computers. They scheduled me for tuesday. It went out friday. There was work being done across the street. I found out they used my connection port to install someone else's cable. The tech that came out truck # 223021 was super. He reconnected me and told the new customer he had to wait till they connected him properly. *****

Internet works great until it drops signal several times a day. Made tech appt for 10/16 - tech didn't bother to show up.
Made another appt 10/24. They replaced a cable. Didn't fix it. Made another appt 10/29. I requested he replace all the equip. He pretended to. still same issue. Come to find out he did not replace the router. (He lied).
So they mailed a router..empty box arrived.
The next day they actually mailed a router. We installeed it, didn't fix the issue.
Made another appt for 11/4.
Confidence is low.
So much incompetience.

I cannot wait until I am able to leave this apartment complex that forces us to have this service. They have the worst customer service ever. I have to call back consistently for billing, account and Wi-Fi issues and each customer service rep acts like they have no notes or prior information on your account. They’re very rude and short with you and will lie to keep you happy in that moment.

Frontier is a horrible company for Wifi! It's now September, I cancelled my service with them in May, and they literally are now coming to my house to collect money for the previous unpaid months, even after they charged me for June and on top of that made me pay a cancellation fee, after already over-charging. I've been on the phone with them for probably 8 hours of my life I'll never get back at this point. I've literally never hated an organization more.

My Internet was working fine. Some technicians came out to put Internet into an apartment in my building. My service went out. They pretended like they had no idea what was going on. They told me they would come help me when they were done. They left quickly and in a hurry now I have no Internet. Frontier sucks. Customer Service always suck nothing but liars and scammers.
