Horrible service. My experience with them was half the time connection was down due to bad installation. They sent technicians to fix it and never resolved the issues. Paying for services not received, and the kicker is that they charge you a restocking fee for their equipment when you cancel. All they want is your money and do not care if you get service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT GET FRONTIER! They did not show up Thursday to install my cable and internet. I spent 45 minutes on the phone where no one could help me they would just keep sending me back to customer service and giving me the runaround. I finally got a human, although it's from another country, and she said she could help me and set another appointment and they will come today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and of course I had to change all my plans for that, and of course they never showed. I talked to three customer service people yesterday and gave them all my phone number and address and when I went to call customer service today, once again the automated service didn't recognize my phone number or address. I was going to switch from Spectrum to Frontier and when I notified Spectrum they said they would give me a big discount not to do that and I am going to take them up on that. I'm a local well known school teacher and I'm going to use my absolute influence to let every teacher and parent I know to never get Frontier and how unprofessional they are. And I cannot contact the service manager because I do not use Facebook or Twitter. What a horrible, horrible unprofessional company this is. I can't believe they still exist.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The internet service itself isn’t good either- it’s gone out twice within two months (not due to storms) and both times I was on the phone for HOURS trying to fix it just to have to have them send someone to my house to fix it, but had to wait DAYS for someone to come fix it. Absolutely awful do not recommend this company AT ALL

I was a customer for 6+ years, and I recently cancelled my service due to a move. I didn't wanted to use them anymore since I had it I had problems in my home with it. I be told several things over the years and on the end they said I need to upgrade my service, well this didn't work either. Now I was stuck with higher payments and had the same problem. I called so many times and in the end I was jerked around. I was told is fiber optic , maybe, but only to my house. Anything in the house was old cable. So I got lied to. Well my daughter try to cancel the service in December where she was put on hold and sometimes they simply hang up on her. Well I got involved in January and finally got it done, and of course the charge you another month. So I return the equipment asap, and now I got another bill of $50 for restocking fee for refurbishing a unit that's completely out of date and for shipping what I wasn't explained as well. I called today and got the run around from someone in customer service what I don't even believe is in the USA due to the thick accent of both customers reps. That's just another dip in your pocket to jerk you around to say ' we gotcha one more time on your way out'. FRONTIER be ashamed of yourself for treating customer that bad. I was be lied to, upsold service and than another $50 for making you rich.

Frontier Internet has been my go-to provider for quite some time now, and I've got to say, they haven't failed me yet. From streaming movies to gaming online, their service has been consistently reliable. The speeds are solid and I've never experienced any downtime yet. Plus, their customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Overall, Frontier Internet has proven to be a dependable choice for reliable internet service, and I have no complaints so far. I will continue to use them until they screw up.

Worst service ever. I canceled my internet. I kept having connectivity issues. At least once a day I would have an internet outage. Very frustrating. So I would call nothing would get fixed. I had people not show up to appointments. It was the worst. When I canceled it was 5 days into the new plan. They pay a month a head so they say but then I got charged then I got another bill. They said because they don't prorate internet. DONT USE THEM THEY SUCK.

Unstable internet and awful customer service- case of “we thought we hit rock bottom but then someone knocked from below”. To top it off, their tech simply didn’t show up within the appointment window. Probs will just switch to spectrum… I hear they are slightly less awful

This review is heavily weighted to and for the technician who drew my service request. His name is Todd and he was excellent. I would refer to him as a GREAT ambassador on behalf of Frontier. He was professional, courteous and informative during his visit to resolve my internet outage. In this age of labor shortages in trades like communication staffing turnover can cause stressors for customers and the staff. Not the case here.Hope you draw Todd on your next Frontier need or a colleague of equivalent qualifications and demeanor!THANKS again Todd!

So disappointed with the service of this company. My mother has called about her cable not working multiple times, had multiple technicians come out and leave and it's still not working. She is having to pay for weeks of service she isn't getting! I am begging her to cancel and just get Hulu live, it's way cheaper than cable too. They didn't have anyone in Tampa we could even speak to in person. Whatever you do - do NOT use Frontier!

The absolutely worst cable network you could get. Dont aggravate yourself. They’ll have a football game scheduled or a show and it will be something different. They also lose connection constantly. Poor customer service. No one can help you when you really need it. Very disappointed in this company. Go with Spectrum or Att uverse do yourself a favor.

I canceled my service Dec 7th, called 2 times to make sure there was no cancelation fee. Even ask the women on the phone when I canceled if my last payment on the 10th would be my last she said yes. I asked her what to do to return my equipment. She said take it to UPS with the QR code i was texted UPS would do the rest. I said is there a charge for the return she said "no". Oh but look a month later a $50 auto pay out of my account for equipment "Restocking and refurbishment fee" non refundable is what I was told. Well that's the last $ you'll get from me scumbags.

I called and canceled my Frontier Internet service on 10/05/23 and was told to be on the lookout for a final bill that would be pro-rated. That didn't happen and my next bill was the same monthly charge that I was paying when I had service with them so I called (again) on 10/27/23 and the customer service rep credited me most of the monthly charges so my "final" bill was $2.42 since I canceled 1 day after my billing period and I paid the $2.42 that same day. I also retuned their router via UPS as instructed and I checked the tracking number and it was delivered. On 11/06/23, I was surprised to receive an email stating that my new bill is ready. Huh? I canceled over a month ago! When I logged in to view the last statement, they charged me a ridiculous $50.00 equipment restocking fee plus $3.75 in sales tax on that fee. Is that even legal to charge sales tax on a fee?? So.... I called them a 3rd time on 11/07/23 and said that the reason why I canceled my service is because I moved and I'm currently living with my girlfriend until we move in our new place. We WERE planning on getting Frontier Internet service at our new place, but since the customer service rep refused to credit me the ridiculous $53.75 equipment restocking fee including sales tax, we are no longer going with Frontier. Frontier should rethink their fee policies on departing customers because that will leave a lasting impact on whether to do business with them again.

Absolute terrible experience. Customer for DECADES. Opted for “free” internet upgrade, only to have my internet go out every 6 hours on the dot. They refuse to come out and help or fix the problem. I can’t get ahold of anyone that lives in america to speak to above the horrible call center who is argumentative and absolutely IGNORANT of their own products and problems. Unfortunately this is the norm now, will be taking business elsewhere. This company is an absolute shame
