HORRIBLE!!!!THE TECHNICIAN CAME TO INSTALL NEW SERVICE AND CUT TREE LIMBS WITHOUT ASKING ME…LEFT THE LIMBS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE N NEIGHBORS! LEFT CABLE WIRE EXPOSE THAT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE GROUND..UNBELIEVABLE!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Unstable internet and awful customer service- case of “we thought we hit rock bottom but then someone knocked from below”. To top it off, their tech simply didn’t show up within the appointment window. Probs will just switch to spectrum… I hear they are slightly less awful

Charged full $60+ service for one week of internet plus $50* restocking fee for returned equipment. Would have been cheaper to accept discounted monthly fee offered when trying to quit service. Clearly not customer service centered. Only out for your money.
