Takes all day backing night ? mare. This place is very unprofessional. Got here for a 9 30am appointment. Got in door at 1 pm . Still no movement on. Trailer. Trucks come after me and leave before. The Manger who looks black. Is very rude. This place is a clock nightmare. And wish I knew number to corporate. Avoid all dispatch to this place.

I download weekly here just make sure you don't cut the seal before they check it, it's a bit inconvenient to park that's why 4 stars deliver 2 hours

Showed up at 5:30am for a 6:00am delivery no one in receiving showed up until 6:20am only had one pallet for them that they took off immediately and the light turned green by 6:45am went inside to get paperwork and they said we have to wait for a text message for the lumper 1 pallet cost $45 for a lumper fee paid that at 7:30am didn’t get any paperwork back until 8:20am oh and make sure you don’t break your seal or open your doors until they tell you they got a little irritated but we’re nice enough about that part of the process 1 pallet almost 3 hours absolutely ridiculous

Arrived at 1100 for our 1130 appointment. Very small parking lot and area to turn around and back up to dock. Checked in, told to park at end and they'd come let us know when they were ready. Didn't wait too long before a guy came and knocked on door, told us which door to back up to. Took some maneuvering to not end up in the ditch but patience and using the driveway to the building across the street made it possible. Finally unloaded and on our way at 1350. Very expensive lumper fee. Bathroom for use inside the will call area. Clean and stocked. Friendly employees.

Got in 5:15 for a 6:00am appmt, no staff until 6 but got checked in and assigned a door as soon as staff arrived, Check in by door 1, Careful with maneuvering with a ditch straight across from doors if assigned doors 1-5,Staff was very helpful got unloaded in about an hour and half and paperwork ready! Staff was helpful!
