I have come to this shop for multiple services and they have always done a great job. Even last minute with car issues, they have been able to squeeze in a job where they can. Frank is also understanding and works with you with getting work done. I would highly recommend them for their honest work and quick response time.

I will be back and I will refer. Car was not fixed first time but that happens. You have to start somewhere. I went to another shop prior. Pro Auto. Horrible and over the top expensive. Next up: Franklin Auto repair. Jeff was straight up about the plan of action to figure out the issue. Next visit, Jeff kept me updated on things they were doing and the costs. The problem was not common and the car is a 2008 Saturn. They do not make those or the parts anymore. I appreciate Jeff and his guy listening to me and really putting in the extra effort. Car running great so far

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. The owners was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He ordered my part right away and had my car repaired later that same day. They dont stand around or waste your time at all. I also felt his prices were fair. I'll definitely reccomend others to go here.
