Please do not rent from here. The management is ill equipped to handle the problems . To include burglary, broken windows, repairs, etc, the juice ain’t worth the squeeze . Save your self the headache.

I was trying to see if they had an apartment for lease and no one answered the phone it went to voicemail and then the voicemail was full. I went up there twice to see if I could meet somebody and no one was there. I don't understand how they do business how's anyone even living there?

I used to live here great space and great area so I can get around Tampa the office on the other hand wasn't my favorite always closed and they did fix nothing
