Purchased bathroom cabinets and granite countertops and backsplashes in August 2022 from Cabinet and Stone International. I had worked with them before for kitchen cabinets and countertops and was satisfied with their work. They gave us a great price for the bathroom cabinets and countertops, so I purchased and scheduled a date for measurements for the installation. Their installers came out to measure, but did not notify us that a couple electrical outlets needed to be moved up a couple inches to allow the backsplash to be installed. When the installers arrived a week or so later, the last backsplash could not be installed due to the fact that the electrical outlets were in the way. So I hired an electrician who came out the following week and moved the outlets - that was early September 2022. Here it is today, January 11, 2023 - more than 4 months after initial installation, and Cabinet and Stone still has not finished the installation I paid for. After several calls, texts and emails - and several promises from them that someone would come to finish the job, they still have not sent anyone to finish. I finally had to hire someone else to finish the job that Cabinet and Stone International apparently refused to complete.

I went to them they over charged me and I was missing a cabinet and they made me pay for another.

Very ver bad customer service they gave me bad cabinet and refused to exchange it to a new one

The cabinets that I paid in full were delivered and are poor quality and already coming apart. The paint chipping and the wood separating. I was told a new shipment would come in and would be better quality. After waiting an additional 6 weeks, The cabinets came in poor quality again and they did not refund me the entire amount. I kept going back and forth with the rep and finally gave up and will be disputing it with my credit card company. This company is shady.
