It's always a great experience at Florida Leather Gallery when you are dealing with a leaxpert like Clay Walkup. He's the most knowledgeable about leather and your products that anyone could be. He's a joy to work with.But the product delivery was a nightmare. The sleeper sofa was unscathed, but I can't say the same for my house. There was a hole punched in the wall, the door frame damaged and your process to remedy the issue will be quite laborious and time consuming. I'm disappointed to say the least.This, of course, does not at all reflect negatively on the amazing service from Clay Walkup.

We visited the Tampa location for a new leather sectional and were impressed with the selection of furniture as well as Dan Snow. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture while not being pushy at all. Highly recommend Dan Snow and Florida Leather Gallery! Can’t wait for the delivery!
