Horrible service they owner wanted me to give him the full amount for the vehicle I wanted just to test drive the vehicle and also told 2000 dollar deposit I won't get back if I don't buy the vehicle! This is the owner btw very rude and disrespectful on the phone when I tell him I have the cash in hand . Don't buy from these rude people!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this store. I am regretting taking my car there to get the crash fixed. Customer service is horrible and they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Vinnie had first class customer service! I respected his customer service so much that I chose to go with his dealership over two other of his competitors. Vinnie was always quick to respond and was always available for phone calls. His explanations were thorough and well thought out, which I greatly respected, and further influenced my decision to buy a bronco with Florida auto sales group. The build was fast and process of payment was very smooth. If you are located anywhere in the United States, I would recommend Vinnie and Florida auto sales group!

I've always wanted a 4 door jeep and no matter where I searched i couldn't find what I was looking for. Then BAM while searching one day, I found Vinnie, i left him message and this guy called me back on a Sunday. That really impressed me!!!!! Then I browsed the photos of his work and my search was over. I highly recommend this guy. He is honest and won't steer you wrong. Very satisfied. Excellent customer service and experience. Vinnie had great communication on the phone, via text and in person. He took his time with us explaining all of the features and options. The Bronco we purchased was exactly as advertised and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the modifications.
