This location is by far the best floor and Decor I've ever been to, you can ask any employee about anything and they are very knowledgeable. Everyone here is eager to help, they get engaged with you, they help selecting from your choices. Even help with contractors. Thank you Floor and decor.

We got the best service..we picked out the flooring a couple days ago with Daniela. She was very attentive and explained what the differences were in the types of flooring we were looking at and helped us pick the best one to fit our needs. When we came back to get it Josh was so helpful in helping us find it and load it up. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were greeted by Sharon upon arrival today with a friendly smile and went back to her to check out. A1 customer service. Would highly recommend either of these associates. Thank you all for making this a great experience. We will definitely be back as we keep remodeling our home.

My husband and I visited the Brandon store recently to purchase items for a new bathroom. Everyone we encountered were professional, willing to help, and knowledgeable about their products. I want to give a special thank you to Isabela. She calculated how much tile, grout, mortar, finishing pieces, flooring we would need, and took us to the products to ensure it was what we wanted and needed. She was a delight, very accommodating, friendly, and very, very helpful. She wrote out the order for our contractor and forwarded the entire bill to him so he could pick it up the supplies. Isabela is an asset to your store and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

We love the prices, styles and selections - but most importantly - the customer service!
I just had the best employee ever - NICOLE - help me with finding a specific tile - although I didnt have the product number /SKU # - i described it and she led me to the exact location in the store. She helped me load up the tile boxes - entered my data into her portable work pad - and escorted me to the register. Super efficient - super easy - All enthusiastic -All Professional. Don't waste your time for subpar service at HD - ho here!

We have visited this location often within the last few months. But today’s visit was exceptional! Charlie treated us like guests in her home. She gave us insight that saved us hundreds of dollars!!!
Thanks to Billy & the other associate for helping us load up our vehicle.
