Great place with quality products and prices. Bought 2 boxes of yard flags and they are holding up as our association puts them our every holiday. Was myself in need when the last storm shredded mine so made the short trip to the store. Was greeted with a very nice person and found a 3 x 5 perfect for my flagpole. First-time visitor. Great store! We were greeted promptly as we entered, and she assisted us in finding the Flag we wanted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable when another couple arrived. A second assistant assisted them, also friendly and helpful.I'll go back!

I called Flags Unlimited on a Tuesday to see if they had a 16 x 24" U.S. flag in stock. They said they did and would hold it for me until Friday. When I was able to come in and pick it up. I then called Wednesday to ask them if they could measure the center line to center line of the grommet holes. They opened up the package and did that. Polite when I called and when I picked up my order.

I ordered a flag on a Wednesday afternoon. Needed it for Saturday morning. Flags Unlimited offered many shipping choices and I selected two day Fed Ex shipping. Paid extra for this service but I really needed the flag on Saturday. Imagine my surprise when I got an email the next day from FedEx letting me know my flag would be there on Monday! I called Flags Unlimited and their response was that they were closed on Wednesday, didn’t ship it until Thursday and two days meant business days. So they believed Monday was reasonable. I felt deceived and am very upset that they wouldn’t even offer to refund the extra shipping cost. I will no longer be at my current location after Saturday so I have basically lost all my money. Very disappointed in their customer service.

DISAPPOINTING. I ordered a 3 x 5 cotton flag and it arrived stuffed in a US Postal Service mailer. This mailer did not have the zip open feature. I thought this was another item that I had ordered and proceeded to cut open the package. Not surprisingly I cut into the unprotected flag in the mailer. The flag is ruined. Flags Unlimited says that I need to buy another flag and send them an email with instructions to ship the flag in a box. That is their policy. They will not offer any assistance on a new flag. The flag appears to be a quality flag with embroidered stars, the first one I have ever owned like this. I was looking forward to displaying it. I was hoping to support the somewhat local Florida business. Now I have to destroy a brand new flag. I suggest Flags Unlimited adopt a new policy--one that includes NOT stuffing 3 x 5 flags into 81/2" x 11" mailers.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. Maximum Disappointment with Flags Unlimited. I ordered a product expecting to receive the product as displayed on their website “add to cart” page. However, upon the arrival, only part of the displayed product was delivered. Called Flag Unlimited and was advised that all that was displayed was not included. I verified that their description did not reference nor exclude the missing component. Again very disappointing.
