This is a video of this company backing into my vehicle and refusing to surrender their insurance information.This is not only illegal in Florida but unprofessional. I was told by a person from the company "Lady you're making a big deal out of this, your car has minimal damage" They have expressed that the man who was driving their commercial van in the video with their company logo on it is an " old man" and personally owns the van, and not affiliated with their company, further suggesting that he" the old man" can fix it himself. The person at the company went so far as to imply that I do not have the right to have my vehicle fixed properly only at the hands of this " old man" and his minimal knowledge of fixing it, not a professional body shop. The company also stated to me that they were not responsible for hitting my vehicle because it was being serviced ( in my absence ) at an auto repair shop at the time and that's " private property " So they are not responsible for damages to my vehicle that their driver is clearly at fault for.Please tread lightly with doing business with this company as I now have to waste time and tax payer's dollars getting the local police and legal system involved in this matterOh, and I failed to mention this car is my honor student graduation gift, so now I also have to console a heartbroken teenager... thank you fitrite!!!

I was going crazy looking for a good deal to replace my bumper. Not only did they have great prices, but Geo was amazing at finding what I need and not overselling me! He even went as far as to recommend where I can get it painted and installed!!! Amazing customer service. Will always be my go to for car parts!!

Ordered my part through Amazon and never received my package after almost 20 days. Then received a rude very non professional email from the manager asking me to remove my review and then rhey would replace it. Lucky for me Amazon has a %100 policy and refunded me asap or I would be without my money or part. I'll never order from here again. Did they think reviews work like that? Nope good luck getting parts or good customer service here.?

What’s the point in saying you’re open on Saturdays if every time I go you guys are CLOSED. First time I went on Saturday, you guys were closed & it was almost 11. I went back on Monday and told the owner, & he lied and claimed to have been here, yet there were no personal vehicles here and the office door was locked. Owner claims that they’re open on Saturdays though. Came back the next Saturday at 10:43am & guess what? CLOSED. I see why AUTO PARTS OUTLET is running you guys out of Buisness. Unbelievable.
