Could not recommend more! I come every monday to pick up a few meals for the week. Food is great and reasonably priced. The three women i see every Monday (sorry, I’m horrible with names) are incredibly nice and extremely helpful. They always take the time to genuinely spark up a conversation. A great staff really makes a difference. Will definitely be a returning customer for a while.

A healthy lifestyle is not always easy and it certainly requires sacrifices. It takes time, energy and monetary investments to stay healthy and generate a better quality of life for yourself.Fitlife can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle while reducing your strain in the areas mentioned above. Without Fitlife I was meal prepping every Sunday for my week to come, and sometimes wasting food that I didn’t use. Since making Fitlife a part of my routine, I can grab my meals for the week at one time/place, reducing the time and energy needed to stay healthy. Not to mention it keeps me out of the snack aisle at the store so I’m not munching on chips every evening…While at the store be sure to talk to Allie, their wellness coach, about your fitness/nutrition goals. You can get tested for free on their bioimpedance analysis machine to see all kinds of stats from your lean and fat body mass, to your basal metabolic rate. Equipped with this knowledge about yourself and paired with your end goals, Allie will guide you through what your diet and workouts should look like. She will help you select the meals you want so that nothing goes to waste and she will enable you to put back that extra time and energy into yourself or others. With regards to the meals, they come in different sizes and Fitlife has really good varieties. My favorites were: BBQ Beef with Mac and Cheese, GF Mediterranean Turkey Meatballs, Chicken Enchilada Bake and High-Protein Carolina Pulled Pork. But that’s not to say there were not a lot of other good options there. I almost solely got the large size meals, which usually a ran ~$15. While this may sound a little pricy, what I liked is that no food went to waste, I wasn’t walking through the aisles at the store buying junk food and I was able to get all of my meal prep time back. In addition, if you bring back 20 of the food trays you get $10 off, so they do have deals that can lower the cost from time to time.As you set your fitness goals for 2024, don’t forget that your nutrition plays a key role in your healthy lifestyle. Stop into Fitlife and see if they can be that nutritional solution for you.

Tremendous company for your daily life, it includes a tremendous variety of prepared meals, they help me with my dinner, not having to cook after a long day of work is the best thing that can happen to you, not having to wash much better.

As a single mom, I love the convenience of receiving my meals each Monday. My kids love the meals too! We have lots of extra curricular activities in the week so I don't have to settle for a fast food drive thru on the way home from practice/games.I couldn't imagine meal prepping anymore. So grateful to have more time to spend with my kids. Thanks Fitlife!

Food is good, great team. Ask for Payton, sadly she’s an Eagles fan.

? this company is sad. First impressions leave lasting impressions. This poor company can’t organize a phone call, so I would not recommend them to organize food delivery. When their “vision “ reflects a persons time instead of some underlying factors that are zero percent relevant to sales growth, then maybe they will have a chance.

3 times now I have not gotten my delivery. You guys have grown, the food is better, but your delivery service needs a lot of work. I called over a period of 48 hours after my order never appeared, and no one answered, left 3 messages and no response. I am going elsewhere. I hope others haven't experience this. Great stuff but get your delivery together.

I have a few more of their meals in the fridge and I'm hoping they're better than the bbq pork with mac n cheese meal that I just tried to eat. It was not a good cut of pork at all. It was so fatty & squishy that I had to just throw it out. Pork, in general, is a fatty meat -but this was bad even for pork.

So this spot definitely saved me from eating bad the rest of my Tampa trip..... The young lady that helped me was great... Before I say ANYTHING ELSE THE COOKIE DOUGH BITES WERE ?????. Ok back to regular program... She was nice... Older gentleman was really nice... Maybe an owner? But he was a good guy....Food was good.. Little curious why the salt contents were high in my opinion. Maybe it was the sauces they use but that wow me a little..... I did like how they had size options so if I wanted small portion for cutting or bigger for gains..... I will check out the ATL location... Establishment was clean... Plus ... I'll check that salt / sodium when I check out the ATL location.

He didn't follow me around the store.I did notice that he took the bag of stuff I was buying and put it to the far right until I showed my debit card.
