I would never buy from this establishment, I bought some bumper plates came home put them on my belt squat attachment and realized they were not going to work. So I brought them back for a refund I get told they don’t know how to give a refund and that their credit card payment system has no button to give a refund, and on top of this there is no where in the store showing or posting that they can not give refund.Very unhappy with this place , I would never recommend this place and on top of that they are more expensive than VF in plant city. The guy they have working there is a nice guy but doesnt know squat about the equipment. Very unhelpful, buyer beware

I ordered 19k worth of stuff from them. Ordering process was easy and the prices were fair, they offer great discounts if you order a lot of stuff in bulk. The initial order was easy to place. The stuff arrived in about 4 weeks. They had an issue with the delivery and it had to be rescheduled. It took a few days but Garrett and his team resolved the issue and made it right. Loving my new gym.

December 2nd we walked in and ordered our equipment with the help and guidance of Garrett. We got our equipment delivered on January 16th (longer than we expected) and were happy to see it in our space. Diego was the one who delivered the equipment and he was the best. He was expecting some help, and even though the other person did not show- Diego did it all. He made sure we were happy with the spacing and placing of all things. If something needed to be moved, he did it without hesitation. After all the equipment was put together and tested, he cleaned up and left it in perfect working condition! Appreciate him and now this home gym!

I purchased the Inspire FT2 from Garrett at First Place last fall-they came out and set it all up. It did inspire a faithfulness to my workout and am able to do way more in less time due to the way the machine is engineered, and have never had gains like now. Garrett took his time, explained it all really well and his after the sale follow up is particularly noteworthy. Six Stars A++++

Diego was terrific-he called me this morning to tell me he was working in Sarasota & to give me the ETA and said he would call about 20 minutes before he arrived which he did. I had purchased a Zero Runner, but the heart rate monitor was not working. Diego got it working and showed me how to use the machine. Diego was absolutely outstanding - very professional and helpful! I wish there were more people in the world like Diego - CUDOS to HIS GREAT SERVICE!!!! Bobby Newman

We purchased a Hoist functional trainer about 2 years ago. A couple of weeks ago, one side of the cable became detached and wouldn't retract. Diego came out earlier than the time we were told and fixed it very quickly. We were very impressed with the service! Thanks, Diego!

Love this place. Been my go to ever since I lived in Brandon. Garrett was awesome and really took the time to make sure my gear was what I needed for my workout. I think I'll be upgrading again next year!

I've been looking to upgrade my at-home gym for a few months, and so glad I found this place. They have a great selection, and Garrett was very helpful to find the right elliptical for my goals. He's a wealth of knowledge on different manufacturers and health in general. I appreciated his excellent customer service while answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

We were impressed with the service that we received from the authorized dealer of our home gym, First Place Fitness, despite not initially selling us the equipment. We had two separate issues that required two appointments, both serviced by Diego, who was extremely knowledgable, efficient, kind, conscientious and punctual. First Place helped us with a warranty claim to the manufacturer, and Diego fixed issues with the installation that was done incorrectly by someone else. Indeed, if we need service in the future, we will request Diego for sure. There were two times when rescheduling was necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, both from their end and ours. We received notification in plenty of time from First Place Fitness, and were happily accommodated when it was our request to reschedule by Judy, who is professional and responsive. A++ Highly Recommend!

Just bought a Inspire FT2. No pressure sale. They guys who came to my house to install it didn't speak great English, but did a great job putting it together and seemed trustworthy and nice. The equipment was solid and have been super happy with it. They do 24 months 0 interest financing for qualified buys on this also, which make the price more manageable. I will work with them again.

I’ve been searching for a treadmill for a while but have been overwhelmed by the process until I met Garrett who helped me tremendously on finding exactly what I needed. I highly recommend for anyone who isn’t knowledgeable with equipment and is a beginner in working out to come check out this place! Ask for Garrett - he’s very helpful!
