The worst place to buy a car, very bad service, very rude people, I do not recommend it. Two days after buying a car with them, I broke down in the middle of the street and I called them because it was supposed to have a warranty and I even had to pay for the tow truck and they They said they would deduct it from my payment and the next month they charged me for it. The owner, who is a very rude older man, does not look at the customers' faces. The cars are sold to you so that they last well for the first 30 days. After that, they start to break and they don't fix it. I repeat the treatment to the customers. very bad, I will never return there again, from the person who collects the money to the owner, they are the rudest thing that exists, very disenchanted

Shay is the for sure the back bone and deserves all the praise and respect for her hard work. Over the last 2 years I've had 2 vehicles with her and finance auto and she always makes it happen from extended time to pay to getting small updates to the vehicle. After i was in an accident, I was in a tight position and she took my hand and made everything better. Keep up the wonderful work and know you are very much appreciated.

I bought a 2005 Dodge Durango from Finance Auto Sales that I had many problems with. John and Chris are AMAZING!!! They fixed my car several times and for a small business owner it’s Imperative to have transportation. I recommend getting a car or truck from them. Very professional!!

If you are looking for a vehicle then this is the place go to ASAP! Prior to them I was looking all around Tampa and the general area. Most of the dealerships I went to their vehicles were over priced, very rude customer service or not willing to work with me at all. The employees there help out so much. I was in deep gratitude the way they were willing to help. I unfortunately got into a hit and run. Long story short the vehicle was considered a total loss which was totaled by the insurance. They forgave me for the 2,200 owed and that right there was a life saver! Thank you so much!
