Very disappointed I make an appointment on my 1hr lunch for a wire transfer that usually like 10 to 15 min and the agent never knows how to do it and takes for ever trying. I spent 45min and had to leave with out my transfer done. I only go there when I really ned the transfer done that day and always an inconvenience when my local branch every agent does it in less than 15min. This affects my buissness and is very disappointing as they show they don't care.

Such a horrible experienceI had an appointment at this branch location but for some reason they refuse it because they were short staffed and they needed to go to break.

My mortgage was recently transferred to Fifth Third Bank and when I tried to enroll myself online I was having issues due to the lack of my contact information being transferred along with my loan. Corporate office told me I would need to go into a local branch (for security) to finish my account set up so I could do online banking. I was a little upset since I assumed it would be a whole ordeal to go into a branch and have to wait then hope id be seen. I was pleasantly surprised when this was not the case at all.I want to thank Alejandro for getting me the information I needed over the phone before I came in and thank Ryan Fox for assisting me with the actual account setup. I was seen within 5 minutes of walking into the bank and Ryan was able to quickly get my account up and running. He explained all I can expect with the new account and process and he confirmed that I was actually able to log in before I left. It was an overall great experience.

There is seldom a wait or line. Nice helpful people. Diverse selection of accounts allowing you to pick your needs. Downside, expect to wait for things to happen...new cards, refunds to your account and basically anything dealing with paperwork. An upside, sometimes they give you early deposits.

This is the best bank and branch that I have ever banked with! They offer free checking, no monthly fees yay. No, NSF fees and advance pay if you have direct deposit! From the moment we walk in everyone was welcoming and helpful. Jenny the branch banker was professional, personable, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Fifth Third bank and if you are in the area the Anderson branch.

I opened an account with the Anderson Rd branch early this year and I can say that the Mgr. And all personal staff are very friendly and supportive with any needs that I have come across with their full attention. A personal thanks to Tony who opened my account on the first day!ðŸ‘

It took over 45 minutes for waiting to see Personal Banker . They do very slowly
