We went in on a Saturday without an appointment to make changes to an account and open a different one, and were chided for not having an appointment. This was after they opened the door late. After being able to make an appointment at another branch they said they were going to try to work us in and they would try to be better staffed on a Saturday. We drove 2 miles away to get service.

Very good service from the staff but the system takes a long time to deposit the check into the account, even more than 24 hours and I had to wait to be able to use my money, something that should not happen because the payments do not understand that your bank does not has released the money for your use

I only went a few times and the bank tellers seem good. And I don't know any other bank that gives a completely free checking or business account with no requirements. Wells Fargo, Chase been taking $180-$300 a year per account so for a big business guy with 20 accounts that's $6,000 a year taken for free. and some people don't have direct deposits or can't afford to keep a $300 daily balance or 10 transactions to keep their account free. I have had many banks, and many of them disappoint sometimes. But if it happens all the time, they probably do deserve a 1. But if it's once every few years. You need to show some leeway and think about the benefits provided to you as well. So far it's a 5 from me. i went there twice and I'm new. But I am willing to lower my score down if the future turns out to be worse than expected.

Good afternoon, this bank is very bad, your attention is terrible. My account was overdrawn 3 times by 66 cents. And that I sent his to cancel the account and they didn't. Wrote several times and no one responded. I call and they don't help me. I have never been able to access the account online or the app. I cannot go to the office, so I ask that someone listen to me.

i've been with fifth third for a few years now and can firmly tell you that this is some of the friendliest, most educated staff i've ever seen at a bank. The teller marisol is very professional and helpful as well as literally any other staff there. They always have answers to give and a positive attitude. If you value great customer service then come check them out
