I've never been to a bank that feels like you're walking into a prison. The bank does not print debit cards so good luck on ever receiving one. I've been waiting over a month now!

They made me wait for an hour just to tell me they wouldn’t be able to help me open an account because “our bankers are too busy”. Bad customer service, branch is in bad conditions. Went to another branch and they opened an account for me in 20 minutes with no issues. Avoid this branch.

They stealing people by delaying bank transactions so that your account becomes Overdraft and you get fined more than once

Horrible account service, repeatedly disconnected, representatives unable to even account alone, speak English, net yet yielding anything from it's promises. Exhausting, HORRIBLE service.

Unbelievable they still take 15 days to get a debit card. You can not go and get a debit temp card to the bank. I got my card canceled due to fraud kept saying the card is expedited but it was not.

I don't like this fifth third. Unfortunately it's the only one in my area. They're unattentive and not the kindest. They need new management. I will probably find a new bank.

My company will no longer take checks issued by this bank. In order to cash a check you have to create a bank profile with your personal information.

Kwame Kenyatta and Zoe are two of the rudest bank representatives I have ever met. I came to the branch to simply add my wife to my account after opening an account yesterday. Upon entry Zoey advises that they are closing in 30 minutes and I should come back Monday. I advise that I just need to add my wife to my account and take a seat. I listen as Kwame makes promise after promise to another customer that the bank is always available to them and to reach out if they ever need anything. He also indicates that customer service is their top priority. At about 12:05 p.m. Zoey and Kwame get together and have a conversation for about 10 minutes. Kwame then helps another customer that walked in after us. Kwame later comes out after we have been waiting 45 minutes now and tells my family that he was booked solid for today and cannot help us. He literally just took care of someone else but refused to assist us. By far the worse banking experience. I will be closing my newly opened account Monday.UPDATE:I contacted the customer support center as indicated below and waited on hold for over 10 minutes and nobody answered. It appears the lack of customer service is reflective at this level as well. This bank seems to be a real let down and is simply full of empty promises. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
