I have never been treated more unprofessional than I have with Ferman Mazda. From the very beginning, it was bad, starting with the lack of service when we first came in. This is after calling and informing the delearship I was coming. I stood at the counter, and no one bothered to greet my wife and I. We decided to walk the lot and come back. Same thing. I stood there for probably close to 20 mins, and not one person acknowledged us. The only high point was the delearship bringing the vehicle to us for a test drive as courtesy. The he next day, the sales associates never called me back to finalize the deal (like he said he would). I had to contact him. Then, when the deal was finally made, I was told I needed to come now. I called the bank, got the loan, and headed that way. When I informed the salesman, I wasn't doing the loan with Mazda. I was told, "Never mind, I can get it tomorrow, no need to come now." I informed the salesman of my schedule for the following day and was told it was not an issue. Mind you, I could have still came, did paperwork, gave a deposit or whatever, I was already halfway there. Instead, i rushed for nothing and headed back home. So we had an agreed upon deal (I have the text) and were all set for the next day. The next day, after leaving work, i received a text the vehicle sold.... I took time off work, cleaned out the car, got the loan, and was looking forward to giving the car to my wife for her birthday, all for nothing. Ruined my wife's gift and our plans. I truly can't believe this is how things are done at Ferman Mazda.

We recently returned to Ferman Mazda to purchase our leased CX-5. DON, SAM & JOE in the service department have really taken care of us and our Mazdas. METZ helped us purchase the CX-5 and was genuine, friendly and professional. More importantly, he listened to us. He knew we had a second lease coming due and we mentioned that my husband liked a sedan, but they really don’t build them anymore. METZ immediately thought of a beautiful used 2021 Mazda6 that had ridiculously low mileage. It still had that new car smell. It was love at first sight for my hubby. With help from METZ we turned in our other lease car and with help from BEN we drove 2 purchased vehicles off the lot on the same day! Can’t say enough about how much we appreciate that METZ listened to us and went out of his way to totally meet our needs. An outstanding experience.

Katisha! Remember that name. I was in the market for a new CX-5 and after calling 5 different dealers in the area I made a call to Ferman Mazda and I am glad I did. Katisha and the Sales Manager Braxton made me an amazing offer right off the bat that no other dealer could even come close to (better than E-Plan pricing). Most dealerships claim to have a great sale price, yet tack on a bunch of unnecessary add-ons that they try to say are negotiable. Ferman Mazda is the opposite of that. No added fees, no add-ons, no running around the bush. If you're looking for an Easy and Stress Free buying experience I highly reccomened contacting Ferman Mazda and specifically asking for Katisha. I also reccomened calling other local dealerships so you can really see how good Ferman is compared to the competition. I guarantee Katisha and the Ferman family will blow any other offer you have out of the water! Thank you to Katisha and everyone at Ferman for making my first new car buying experience such a wonderful one ?

Sid is absolutely amazing in the sales department. Highly recommend him and this store if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Mazda is doing some amazing things with their new vehicles, be sure to check them out and make sure to ask for Sid!

Katisha McDaniel was amazing! I worked with her and she made me feel so comfortable to drive a Mazda for the first time. She was so kind, caring, and personable. She is the go to person in my opinion, but everyone at the dealership seemed friendly! I bought a CX5 and I looooove it! My car buying experience was amazing! I used the Car Haggler to help me research a car to fit best for me and my family and he mentioned a Mazda. This was never on my list of options, because I never owned a Mazda. I have owned a few Toyotas, a Kia, and a Jeep. For me I am so glad I took the chance to test drive this car! I am so happy to have my Mazda! It looks luxurious and drives really nice. I love how the app allows me to start my car from my phone! This was my best experience at a car dealership in 20 years!!! :) Thank you!

I had a good overall leasing experience on a CX-30. I wanted to do as much as possible online, including negotiations, and Metz made this easy. He was prompt with his responses, even when the dealership was closed. The outcome was I didn't have to spend too much time at the dealership, which I was happy about.

I have purchased a car, leased a car, and now returned my leased vehicle from Ferman Mazda Brandon and I have always experienced excellent customer service. Michael and Taylor were exceptional over the last few days. I contacted Michael to sell back my leased vehicle and the next day we had paperwork and my car picked up straight from my house! I cannot recommend Ferman Mazda Brandon enough!
