MAUS Acura of North Tampa (not Ferman).I highly recommend this dealership. Salesman, Ahmed, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Provided various purchase options, patiently explained each one. Also, very attentive. Checking in with me, offering me a beverage from time to time. In the end he helped me secure the best options and by the time I got to financing, I was ready to sign. It was a very pleasant, no-pressure experience. I highly recommend going to Maus Acura/Nissan for your next auto purchase... And ask for Ahmed. You'll be very glad you did.

I took my car in for an oil change, everyone was very courteous and friendly. Their waiting lounge has soda fountain, coffee and bottle water for the customers. I would recommend if your acura or honda or whatever make and model you drive needs service. The dealership vacuum the front floor mats and wash the car. A good experience. Keep up the good work.

I had lost my key for my wheel lock and had a flat tire. After searching endlessly, I reached out to Ferman Acura and was told just to come in and they would take care of it. I was able to get it removed for such a low price and my tire replaced. I thought it would cost an arm an a leg since I was going to the dealership but it was actually cheaper and they knew exactly what they were doing. I’ll definitely be bringing my MDX at here from now on!

We are in the process of selling one of our cars and trading in the other against a new SUV. You'll see my reviews of different dealerships pop up as I either respond to the offers to purchase our car or try to learn more about their SUVs. In this situation we were learning more about the different SUVs. The Acura's RDX is considered one of the best in its class... and the MDX also gets good reviews so we decided to check them out. I sent an inquiry in via email and a salesperson, Brandon Gliha, responded almost immediately. We are very happy he did! Even though it was short notice on a weekend, Brandon set up an appointment for us to test drive the two SUVs. He greeted us almost as we walked in the door, helped us get our little girls situated with a snack and drink in a little playroom and then spent a few minutes talking with us about the vehicles and their differences. We then took each one out for a spin. Brandon did an exceptional job of going over the different features, taking time to show us how they operated before we hit the road. We loved this because it is not easy to drive a new car and take in the sales pitch about the cars features at the same time. Brandon's demo also allowed us to understand how easy (or complicated) it was to use a feature, especially the safety ones. We drove each car on a circuit that included stop-n-go traffic and an interstate. We then returned to the lot to look at some of the other options and ask questions. During this period, Brandon offered us drinks and even chatted with our girls. Brandon talked with us about our plans to see other SUVs that day and still took time to work up offers on both of the SUVs so we could see what the vehicles would cost us in real time (by the way, the MDX had fantastic incentives). We truly appreciated this as most dealerships did not want to talk offers until we 'are ready to buy'. If I could clone Brandon at every other dealership, I would. He provided the single best test drive ever. Not only did we learn what we needed to about each vehicle, he was very kind and caring with our children, he had us walk out with offers in hand and he invited us to come to him with questions of any kind. As a result, we rank our Ferman Acura experience at a very high level! Ferman also has a small playroom for children. It offers complimentary beverages of all kinds. It has a vending machine and offers "ferman bucks" to customers to get complimentary snacks. Its porters respond very quickly to requests and obviously it has a great salesperson!

I was sold a 2019rdx from Ferman acura without them disclosing to me that the new infosystem technology is defective. They now refuse to fix the product and give me a hard time when I attempt to get it fixed. They are liars and rude. I would never do service with them again!

I purchased my car at Ferman Acura and received oil change coupon with the package. The receptionists, service advisors, parts and team are polite. The waiting area has a mini playroom for children, TV, complimentary water/tea/coffee/soda, business center and free WiFi. The wait for Parts's assistance usually take longer than promised. I called in for replacement on my keys to make sure the key batteries are available. When arrived, the Parts staff was still looking for the batteries and took about 30-40 minutes to change out the old batteries. Last but not least, my favorite service advisor is Todd - he is knowledgeable on the vehicles and go above and beyond to assist! Tips: check Ferman Acura website for coupons and promotions. All serviced vehicles will receive free car wash and vacuum interior.

I talked to these guys over the phone and they gave me a price quote given some information I gave them. I ended up having to ask three times for the documentation so we could get the ball rolling. They kept saying that they would send it to me. At first they just ignored my requests. Finally they replied and said there are way too many variables that they don't know and they want me to just come in. Again, we had already discussed everything over the phone. I ended up not buying a car from them because they seemed very shady. It seems like the classic bait and switch where they will give you some other offer once you're actually in the office. I will definitely not be doing business with them ever.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Service appointment did not take as long as we were told it would which is a good thing when you are waiting for the car. The refreshments while waiting were a plus, especially the popcorn.

Wonderful experience with dealership. We had a horrible experience with a dealership in Orlando.We were ready to take delivery and numbers and what was promised was very shady.Walked away and went to Fermans 2 days later. We were treated with a wonderful staff from the receptionist ,our salesperson Jose, our delivery person , finance and manager. Other salespersons there were also very friendly ,it seems like a very good work environment. Facility was very organized and clean. Everyone seemed willing to help.
